I took the watch back to JCPenney where we had purchased it from and they advised us that they'd have to send the watch in and it would be $40 to $50 and take several weeks. They suggested that I take it to a jewelry store. I took it to a store in the LaCrosse Mall and the young lady working told me that she always recommended, "Clocks off Main", to people who needed watches fixed. I drove straight to the place she referred me to and was promptly assisted by the owner, Joe, who was able to fix the watch in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $10. Joe was very personable and easy to work with. I would highly suggest taking any watch or clock you need repaired to Joe. Anne J.

He skillfully did the work right in front of me in just a few short minutes for a very reasonable charge. I am grateful, as I did not want to replace the entire watch. Certified and inspected. No frame issues. Because it was 600 mile away it would be impractical for me to inspect. Talked to Bruce on the phone and he assured me everything was right, the only issue he stated was the key fob didn't work on drivers door he thought it needed reprogrammed. I fully trusted him. He sounded 100% honest. To many issues to list but here are the big ones. Frame bent. Cab post bent so door hinge shimmed and doesn't seal. Body rail bent so fender not aligned. Come to find out the so called professional was the seller Paul Stumlin. Bruce won't take calls to discuss problems and just text his disclaimer and that I should have hired him to inspect. Which I interpret as he won't be honest unless you pay him.
