The gentleman on the phone was very helpful as I explained the issues in detail, he told me to bring it in so they could take a look and he was confident they could help me. When I got to the store, Tracy the store manager and technician was able to check the battery which was fine, but the charging port needed to be replaced. She gave me a quote and did have the part in the store. She said she would have the phone repaired in 4 hours or less. My phone was ready for pick up in less than 3 hours!! I am so happy with Tracy and the other two employees. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and they welcome you in as you enter the door!! I highly recommend Batteries + Bulbs. They won't disappoint you, it's hard to find a store with such a wonderful Customer Service.

I came here because my father was sick and he died a few days ago. I am in town waiting for his funeral next Saturday. I thought I'd stop in and get this taken care of today. The employee did not look interested in helping from the moment I walked in. The expression on his face was one that said what the hell do you want?! I explained my issue and he gave me two wrenches which were clearly too small for the bolt head. I went out and tried the larger of the two he gave me saying, "it will be one of these". It was neither of those. I went back in and he had moved on to another customer. I decided not to bother him and just go to another store that had employees who would at least fake their way through a customer service interaction. I see now why this store has such a bad Yelp score. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.
