Booking my class was easy, the training was fantastic and I got my certificate the next day. This was all under the direction of Peggy Gladstone, whom has since quit -- so you can guess where the rest of the review is going. The new contact is Joydeep Paul and he is HORRENDOUS with communications. I was trying to schedule my renewal since April and while admittedly, I booked the wrong one at first, what I needed was IN THE EMAIL I SENT HIM. He should have immediately (not five business days later) directed me to the correct one. He also takes no less than 10 days to get back to you. He asked the day BEFORE if I could attend a renewal the next day. I couldn't. When I expressed disappointment with the (lack of) communication he told me, "well, I gave you dates and you couldn't make any of them." Sweetie, I work. I gave YOU five or six dates and times I could attend. Well, Sunday JUNE 10th I finally was able to take my practical. Certificate was to arrive the next day. It is now Thursday (four days later) and I had to reach out to HIM to ask for it. He told me that I declined a "schedule invitation." BULLSHIT! He finally sent over the certification. I will never use MedServ again -- at least not the one at this location. I will say however, that the instructor Aevline, was fantastic! She alone gets the five stars!

Traffic Club, also known as Traffic Toastmasters, has a welcoming, supportive, action based learning environment, that is really focused on me growing to become a confident public speaker and leader. Immediately after joining Traffic, I was assigned projects to get me started. The VP of ED (Jorge G.) and my assigned mentor (Joanne T.) took a vested interest in me, addressed concerns (aka FEARS) that I had, and allowed me to design a fast track development program to reach my goals. Each meeting is held in a structured professional manner and the immediate feedback received from club members regarding each speech and task performed, helped me perfect my approach. Within a few months, by the time I gave my 3rd speech, members told me that my confidence had grown ten-fold, and that I had acquired such great stage presence. When I joined, communication and leadership track instructional manuals were sent to me via the mail. The manuals contain project modules that focus on developing a certain characteristic, -- e.g., vocal variety, persuasion, greeting new comers, Meeting MC (Toastmaster), etc. -- providing details on how to make each characteristic strong and impactful. There are different roles to play that develops a different characteristics at each meeting. Every attendee is incorporated into the meeting in some way or fashion -- including the guests! Anyone interested in learning how to speak and lead with confidence, I definitely suggest they visit Traffic Toastmasters. It worked wonders for me, increasing my comfort level in speaking off the cuff -- it will work wonders for you too.

Not only he conquered the special issues we had and made it happen, his team are impeccable exact and in a timely fashion. Maria saved my family…read more I was referred to Maria from a friend. I was concerned about my baby's temperament and BF habits. I had already seen two other lactation consultants and he was my second so I had some experience but knew something was off. He was 5.5 months old. Maria has experience and knowledge and fearlessly shares it with you. I as a Mom needed to hear what she had to say and in the way she said it. She believed a number of my son's symptoms: not pooping every day, colic, constant crying, not liking tummy time, and sleep issues were caused by a tongue and lip tie.
