If today's performance was any indication of the quality of what goes on there, I am going back a lot. Community theater is alive and well in Somerset. The acting, vocals, music, sets and costuming was beyond. I have seen many, many Broadway performances and, quite honestly at $20 per ticket and avoiding the schlep into Manhattan, this offers as much if not more entertainment value. It certainly equalled or exceeded anything I have seen at Bergen PAC or Papermill. If anyone reading this review is even remotely considering attending a performance at this gem, I recommend purchasing tickets now. What a terrific way to spend a Sunday afternoon. 5 enthusiastic stars. Amazing. Really amazing.

The children are captivated by her enthusiasm and enthralled with her story telling. Songs, lines and dances are learned by listening and doing. Every child is included and every child has a wonderful time. The stories all have a message of kindness, caring and fairness. What more could you ask for? There is no words to describe the pride and positive self esteem she instills in the children she teaches. The children are excited to come and sad when the week is over. The stage play area itself is now called the Arthur Laurents Theatre. The room is very cozy and intimate. It feels a tad smaller than the old Crossroads theatre but not by much. It was a great show. Lighting and sound quality are top notch and seating is very comfortable. I recommend supporting this company because the production quality has always been high and because it is so important to support the smaller, local theatre scene.

Last year, after my older daughter turned 16, I called several driving schools and actually the…read moreonly ones who reliably answered their phone was Safety First. Asking around, I heard some others from Princeton who used them, so we went ahead and booked with them. My daughter had the same instructor for all three of her lessons. He was always on time and everything went fine. All lessons were scheduled within a 5 or 6 day window at the end of July (about a week after I called them initially). When we called back to schedule someone in April to take her for her road test on her 17th birthday, her prior instructor was no longer with them due to illness. Someone else took her and she did fine - she passed and he'd given her the added tip of getting the QLess app so that by the time she passed the road test, she was 10th on the 'line' in the dmv building - she would have been 56th! So she was dropped back at school that day with her license in hand, on her 17th birthday. Only drawback was that they did sometimes pick up or drop off another student at the end or beginning of a lesson. There was another woman with them on the day of the test as well - also taking her test. Additionally, the lessons were cut a little shorter than the 2 hours, but driving is exhausting when you are first learning, so neither my daughter nor I really had any complaints about that. They covered all the basics - stop, start, reverse, k-turn, parallel, highway . . .

I got flipped off after honking at him. This person should not be teaching anybody driving, and I certainly wouldn't trust this person behind the wheel, especially with my teen.
