My daughter thrived here at first and I loved it. But at the end when she came home every day saying the teachers were being mean, yelling at, and picking on her, my gut told me she needs to be somewhere else. It started when she came home with diaper rashes so bad I could not touch her to clean her or put her in her bath water on separate occasions. They were told several times she was super sensitive down there and it only takes a second to look. Then it was the call to the Division of Child and Family Services because she had a stain on her shirt and a leaf or two in her hair. Because I missed the memo that playing outside with your child in the morning instead of shoving a screen in their face was wrong. Then it was the push to get her evaluated for every little problem. She is an only child, so she was a little late to talking but once she started, she has not stopped LOL. But there was no need for a speech evaluation and I told them that but I did it anyway because I want to do whatever will help my child grow and thrive. They nearly laughed at the end of the evaluation because it was pretty much a waste of their time, but whatever. Then it was them saying they will help with potty training and telling me every day she wasn't asking or going potty at all. And that her behavior was "out of control" and not listening to them even though on two separate occasions she came home with bite marks from another student. My daughter can be a handful, there is no denying that. Then it was them "removing" her after giving me three weeks to change a 3 year old behavior. She is not somewhere else and OH MY GOD she is miraculously using the potty, listening to the teachers, playing with the other children. It was not my child that needs to be evaluated in this situation, maybe it's their teachers or methods. read more

We have had our son in the learning experience for over a year in the infant room and Toddler room. We are extremely satisfied with the wonderful teachers and facility. The owner is passionate about child development and the curriculum fosters a happy day of learning while maintaining a habitual routine that helps all students. The facility is state of the art and very clean, I don't want to jinx myself but my son has never been sick in the twelve months he has attended. The teachers and administrative staff are on the ball with keeping the center safe and clean. Most importantly, my son is smiling and playing everytime I pick him up, which is a testament to the environment of the center. Thank you TLE! read more

My 5 years old boy started attending TLE in June 2020, since then he has been discriminated against and targeted. First I was told he was not at the same academic level as other kids, then after 3 months I was being complained to about every behavior he exhibited. There was a note that stated he was "passing too much gas" and I needed to do something about it. On Friday, January 29th when I went to drop my son off, the owner of the day care, Deepali Patel, told me she needed to talk to me about Sebastian. In an angry and hateful manner she told me he was behaving in a worse way and was "destroying her property" by shaking off a paint brush and staining the wall. According to her I was not taking the situation seriously and insisted on talking over me. When she finally allowed me to respond, I expressed that I understood her worries but I felt her reaction was extreme. Deepali was referring to a child as though he was a delinquent, she had no empathy or concern for his home situation and instead let me know her own children did not act that way. I told her this was not a fair comparison as every child is different and has different needs. She seemed more concerned about her "property" than the well-being of my child and her student.  He spends more time during the day at school than with me yet the "trained staff" at this place was unable to correct the behaviors and expect me to be able to control mannerisms while not present. This lady was completely unprofessional with the way she addressed this situation and how she spoke about my child. The resolution was her saying she would be taking extreme measures if Sebastian's behavior continued. Obviously I asked for time to find a new school However i did not send him back after the incident because I do not want him attending a place where his well-being is not a priority. I would never elect to write a review normally, however, in this instance and for the sake of another child, I felt the need to share to spare any parent thinking of sending their child here. After having a bad experience at another facility prior and expressing these concerns to the owner and staff, we felt confident that we would get a better experience this time around. We were mistaken for sure!! During our child's stay here, she had at least 3-4 different teachers. This would become the least of our problems considering that on numerous occasions I've personally witnessed teachers playing on their phones while "caring for children", a child walking around with a black eye and bruised forehead due to "falling" at this daycare on two separate days back-to-back, formula being left out for hours and then fed to babies, a child being left in a bouncer facing a bare wall as if he were in "time-out", teachers yelling at children and emergency doors being left wide open in rooms where children can crawl out of right onto the parking lot and route 22. In my instance and the reason for my child's termination at this facility, I noticed for the past 2 weeks my child coming home with scratches. I expressed my concerns to the owner and teachers on numerous occasions with no resolution to later find out that a teacher was purposely inflicting these scratches on my child out of spite towards me and my complaining. To give credit where it is due and express the most gratitude, there was one teacher in particular that was quite frankly, the only reason why we stayed so long. Ms. Tanesha is a god sent to this facility and possibly the only teacher who cared at all about these children and not just a paycheck. She cared about every child in there as if they were her own and I am forever thankful for the way she cared for my child and looked out for her best interest. The staff here is very young and inexperienced for the most part. To put it blatantly, if you can pass a background check, you can work for this facility. There is more concern for having a body to watch children then having a qualified employee. If you are considering enrolling your child in this daycare, I would strongly recommend shying away. Not only will you be putting your child at risk, but you will find the same dissatisfaction as I did. My heart goes out to the families and children who still belong here and I hope that this review reaches you all and any future enrollees well. read more

My son started in April and had a hard time adjusting at first because it was the first time at school and now he loves his teachers. He even has made some friends and knows all their names. They keep him busy with lots of different activities and I love the app so I can keep tabs on him through the day. So far we have had a good experience. read more

I have been an employee at TLE Bridgewater for over a year now and I enjoy it very much. Mrs Deepali Patel is a Wonderfull business owner who goes above and beyond in order to follow state and company health and safety regulations in order to keep the facility running happy and healthy. The administrative staff is always there when help is needed and they check in often on the classrooms throughout the day. All of the teachers in the school love what they are doing and care for the children as they are their own. We keep the school fun and safe for the children and make connections with every family that walks in the door. This keeps the working environment positive for the staff and most importantly, the children. I would highly recommend our school for anyone looking for childcare or employment in the childcare field. read more

I went back and forth about whether or not to write this review, but if I could save a family or a child from going through what mine went through at this school, it is worth it. My daughter attended this school for only 3 months. She had 5 different teachers in that time. The abbreviated version of a very long narrative I can give is that they continuously wrote incident reports about my daughters behavior, and I began to question why. Finally after a few meetings they decided to expel my 2 year old who is sweet in every setting except for apparently this school. After telling our story to other schools we toured, they told us that it sounded like this school didn't know how to be with toddlers. After a month at her new school my daughter has had no incident reports and we were even told that she is the kid that looks after the others and comforts others when they are sad. The difference is care and attention. Now I realize that my daughters tantrums were because she was not treated well at this school. I wish I knew for sure what else it was other than "cold" staff. But if are looking for a daycare, please avoid this one. To add to this, the school we attend now has had 4 families call looking to leave TLE bridgewater in the last week, so it seems it has not improved read more
