I reminded her I wanted a haircut... she then proceeded to randomly pick pieces of my hair up and cut and laughed saying with layers it really doesn't matter if hair is cut evenly. It was the second side she worked on and I feel like maybe she just wanted to hurry and get them done? I felt it was unfair to take my money and not even address me or the issue. I had to get ahold of the gal who ran the salon to get her to finally respond. She reluctantly set up a time to fix them. The appointment was just super awkward and I could feel the resentment. I didn't want to be catty and I hate confrontation, but everyone was telling me to get them fixed. I never returned and I don't recommend going to her for lashes.
