Omitted part of the order They were very apologetic and delivered the missing food within 1/2 hr with a free garlic bread. 2. Found an elastic band in a meatball. I know to some this is serious but Louise, a manager at Italian Express, was excellent. She logged the complaint and issued a credit note to be used on our next order and promised that she would speak to her colleagues about the situation and make sure it didn't happen again. All this was handled in a professional manner by everyone concerned. The food when no issues occur is EXCELLENT. It is freshly made and is delivered hot to our door. Their food is some of the best Italian food i have tasted to date and i would highly recommend Italian Express to any of my friends and family. Keep up the good work.

Untill someone asked why there bill was always different from the menu prices, we were buying over a pounds worth of sauce every day for five buttys. A least Dick Turpin wore a mask. Had the sandwiches been worthy of the extra there would not have been a problem, there answer was take it or leave it, so we left it. They seemed to stock most of the items you'd expect to find in an ASDA, I still prefer the product ranges available at Tesco and Sainsbury's, who I feel have a better selection of brands, but this store was pretty good for an ASDA. There is a large car park, however, do be careful if approaching as a pedestrian, one of the main crossings is on a sharp corner, which is poorly lit, meaning it is difficult to see if any cars are coming, as it is a blind spot, this would be dangerous in the middle of the day, which almost caused me to get run over, let alone in the dark nights - with winter coming, they need to sort it out as it's a safety hazard. 4*
