The day before the cleaning, I was given a window of 8-10 am for arrival. It's 9.45 am the next day and no sign of the cleaners. I message them and I keep getting told they are on their way and that they're proactively following up with the cleaners. It's 11 am and still no sign of the cleaners. After having a phone call with the company, I'm advised that the cleaners had some personal issue so now cleaners will come between 1.30-2.30 pm. It's 2.23 pm and I get a message that they are about 30 mins away. This is after I called to find out what was happening. It doesn't stop there. It's past 30 mins and I am following up with them only to be told this cleaner is 5 mins away and they're tracking the GPS. Good news, they finally turn up after 20 mins (vs the 5 mins away message). There are two people. One starts working and the other just looks around the house, speaks to sometime over the phone and says "I'll be back in 40 mins". Surprise! Surprise! She isn't. And only one lady is cleaning. She's mostly on the phone and dusting things, which needed to be re-cleaned after I showed them out wasn't cleaned properly. Please steer clear away from this business. Thanks to them my entire day was wasted! Unscrupulous business. Shoddy service.

I was extremely happy with how sparkly the bathrooms were and how well the shower door tracks were cleaned. I also appreciate the close attention to smudges on the walls and staining on an old sink in the laundry room. The overall work was good but if I had to nitpick they could've done a more thorough job on the harder to see areas such as the kitchen baseboards and the window tracks (closed position) and the dusting of the blinds. Upon giving feedback, the impressively hands-on owner, offered to send a cleaning professional over to rectify the overlooked areas and offered his sincere apologies. Sadly, in the rush of moving out didn't get photos of what they did well. Would still hire them again but would just pay closer attention to the completed job.
