PLEASE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DON'T BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!!!!! Absolute WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! The front desk personnel are extremely unprofessional. Every time I've called Maria is so nasty I had to let her know. They gave me an appointment for over a month out. I had an appointment for the 25th which I requested the day off because they didn't have availability on Thursdays or Fridays which are my days off of work for them to call me less then a week before to let me they couldn't perform the surgery for the original appointment date but could get my son in "today or tomorrow ". Now I have to lose another day of work but it's for my son so I didn't complain. I booked a 9:30 appointment and they called me to say they need me here at 9 now . So annoying but I arrive at 9 to sit for hours on end when I was told by the women taking my son vitals it would be 30 more minutes and 30-1 hr for surgery. After my son begged me to feed him for 2 hours because he was hungry since they told me he couldn't eat or drink anything the night prior which he hadn't since 7:30 last night, I asked the girl Elizabeth at the front desk how much longer it would be until my son was seen as he's hungry and only 6 so he doesn't know how to manage that feeling of hunger well. She said "well no one is forcing you to stay her". Are you kidding me?!?!? That's such a shitty answer to give!!!! What is wrong with these people he's 6 and hungry have some compassion! No forced you to pick this profession that does really require a little compassion especially for a child. I really hope she's not a mother. There are obviously unprofessional,complacent and condescending employees at the front desk that REALLY need some training on communication because I was never advised my Maria out of the 4 times we spoke that I would have my son waiting for 6 HOURS ON AN EMPTY STOMACH! I brought my 2 year old daughter this past week and i can't be any more thankful with all the staff. They took very good care of her. They were very thorough in explaining all the details. I was very nervous when I walked in the door but all the staff made my daughter and I feel so comfortable. The office is very good with taking its precautions due to COVID-19. Waiting room had very limited people and was kept disinfected. I did experience a wait time as I was previously advised on the phone. I later came to find out the reason why and it is to prevent the child from having any temptations of eating or drinking (since they have to be fasting) as they would have at home. Dr. Park did all the dental work on my daughter. He was able to save her front teeth after her regular dentist had told me they would most likely have to be extracted. I cannot thank them enough for giving my daughter a beautiful smile! I would definitely recommend this facility to any parent! read more

Worst place to take your kids unless your Mexican, they discriminate everyone else who have been waiting since they open and been waiting for over 5 hours they let Mexican people go before everyone who has been waiting, the 2 girls in the front ar every rude claiming they haven't let anyone go before us every though they're have been 8 different people going before us, we have waited for 6 hours while everyone else waits for 1 hour and then they get called up for there kids to go in, DO NOT COME HERE, they are very rude and beyond disrespectful, and racist for letting there own race go before everyone else, u have been waiting since they have opened and 6 hours later it was our turn to go in and we were the first people here and the first appointment. I was referred to Indio Surgery Center for my daughter who's 5 years old who had to have work done on on several teeth she also had 4 teeth removed 2 silver Capps, 2 spacers and and two fillings. From the moment I walked in the office had a welcoming feeling although we're all under this covid-19 rules and regulations it still felt very welcoming my daughter had to be put to sleep to have the surgery done every step of the way there was somebody there who explained what was going to be done what to expect what to do after they even did a check up call the day after to see how she was doing . I want to give a honest review I had my sons appt 8/3/2023, after seeing all the reviews I was a little scared but honestly the staff is amazing from the front desk and the nurses and dr.i had a hour drive going and back but not bad, I got there on time, my son was taken back fast and did pre op and reviewed the dental plan with the dr and loved that if there was additional work needed they will do it all in one which is amazing. The wait time very little and my sons surgery was super fast , faster than expected total time spent there was only 3 1/2 hours. i would recommend this place and everyone is great . thank you to all the staff !! read more

I really liked the staff and dentists/nurses there. My daughter was referred there for dental work. I called to make an appointment and they called me back right away to schedule the soonest they had available. Before going to the appointment they let me know it would be a long wait and I liked that they told me so I made no plans, didn't have to go to work or nothin and be prepared to stay all day. The nurses and anesthesiologist were really gentle and nice and also the dentist. He explained everything. Thank you everyone for being kind and treating my daughter very well. I called my daughters regular dentist to schedule her next 6 month check up and while I was voicing my concerns about what had happened at her appointment here then her regular dentist said they called them and told them they will not see us again if we ever need another appointment, so we're getting BANNED from a business for voicing are bad experience there. I was extremely pleased with the informative staff, nurses, dentist and anesthesiologist. I appreciated the fact that they kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. Their office was very clean and well coordinated. I was very worried about my two yr old son getting 4 teeth extracted and being put under anesthesia but their constant updates and professionalism calmed my fears. What an amazing group of staff! My daughter suffers from severe dental anxiety and the compassion and caring manner of all the staff was amazing! My daughter was the first patient of the day and we were taken back very quickly. Everything was explained with great detail to myself and my daughter. My child had a great experience even though my husband & I were so nervous to have this treatment done, but was the right decesion for our son who needed alot dental work. Horrible! Was told over the phone when making the appointment that it would be 30 minutes to an hour wait. Which is why the scheduled is at 730am! To get the little ones in and out fast. The staff was extremely rude! Especially the Anesthesiologist over the phone. The lady in the front was screaming at my husband very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time like we did. As soon as we were called into the back the staff there were very pleasant and friendly. Dr Joshua Trammelll was great! He went through the steps of what would happen with my sons appointment he was super nice and answered my questions. Made me feel at ease. It's a nice and clean environment, the staff was polite and patient when it came to attend a child. Knowing that some kids are a hand full and don't like being at t he doctor the nurses were patient. After a procedure is done they make sure a nurse stays buy the child side while they recover. Best part is that is located in Indio and we didn't have to travel far. read more

Indio surgery center was wonderful specially during the current time with covid. The staff was wonderful. It was very clean and safe. My son was not nervous due to the staff being so gentle. I really like this facility for children's dental work. They are very helpful and clean. I felt very safe and confident with the doctors and staff taking care of my daughter during her procedure. They kept me update throughout her visit. I also like that they take the time to check on each patient the following day after their procedure. read more
