I ordered what was advertised on-line as a disposable vaporizer: that was the description, even what was shown in the picture. It was bagged up when I arrived, so I bought it without examining it. When I got home, I discovered I had a distillate cartridge, which wasn't what I wanted. Returning to the store, the clerk admitted that the on-line information was incorrect but told me that they couldn't refund my money or give me a store credit: I was stuck with what they had mistakenly given me, even though it was of no use to me. So even if the customer is right, this store just doesn't care!
