We didn't dine in, but they've made the long-standing train car restaurant reflect its origin. There's plenty of train related memorabilia that adds a nice touch. I could see dining in to be enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the order was made in a timely manner. I prefer a more zesty flavor, but my husband really enjoyed it. We ordered both kinds of breadsticks. The garlic ones were fairly good, but they looked like dumbbells. The ends were nice and fluffy, but the middles were thin and not risen. The regular ones hadn't risen at all and were barely edible. The chickens got to eat most of them. I'm surprised they even sent them out the door. I probably should've made this a 3 star just for these breadsticks. They are homemade, which I appreciate... but if they don't raise.... Despite all that, the price was reasonable...and maybe it was just an off night for the breadsticks.

He looked startled that I questioned him in person and he stated that the phones weren't working (he always uses this as an excuse for being rude to customers over the phone). Even if your phones aren't working, then you need to tell me that instead of being rude and hanging up. We have lived in this town for a long time and the town has always talked about how the owner is very kind or very very rude to his customers. Padano's, we will never order from you again. Yesterday, it was finally open and we decided to stop for lunch. The young woman at the counter was super friendly and helped us order quickly. Their menu is small and to the point, and very inexpensive. As we went to sit in the booth, the table leg bent underneath me - sending me, and our canned sodas, to the floor. I bruised my thigh pretty badly and scuffed an elbow in the process. We were the only customers and the cashier had went to the back, so no one witnessed the accident. I went to explain the situation to the young woman and showed her the broken table. She didn't ask if I was okay and didn't apologize. We found another table, our food was brought to us, and she checked on us a couple of times. No one from management ever came to the table to apologize or check up on me. The table remained broken on the floor and no one even inspected it... I can't believe the lack of responsibly or even concern for their customer. We will never stop here again. The food wasn't great, it's all from a frozen big box store and lacked flavor and quality. The restaurant was very hot; I believe there was no AC, and there were a lot of flies that kept landing on us and our food. I believe this is likely because of the open doors to the motorcycle repair garage, which we had originally thought was a nice touch.
