Since my back windshield had completely shattered, waiting that long just wasn't an option. I called Noble Glass and left a message, and Tammy called me back within an hour. She was incredibly helpful, took care of all the paperwork with my insurance company, and got me scheduled for the very next day. When I dropped my car off, Jon was as nice and professional as could be. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and they had my vehicle turned around in just two hours. I have honestly never worked with such a great company from top to bottom. Their customer service, communication, professionalism, and speed were absolutely outstanding. I would recommend Noble Glass 1000 times over to anyone needing glass repair or replacement. Thank you again for the prompt service, I truly appreciate all of you!

This place told me they had the part and could have it done in two days. I drove my car 25 minutes out of my way from St. Paul to get to the shop. The day it was due to be compketed they called me and told me they NOW couldn't get the part for another 10 days. To add insult to injury when I got there to pick my car up, they had told me they had taped the car up for me on the voicemail that they left but when I got there, the car had not been taped up at all. So essentially i drive 50 minutes round trip for nothing - A complete WASTE of TIME. They are confused and clueless. Highly advised not to use this shop, go to HAAS automotive glass in Saint Paul. He had no obligation to check again, but he did and saved me $55 when easily could have just gone with the more expensive new windshield! The RainX coating was only $2, which was really nice as well! Extremely satisfied with their work AND Doug's honesty!
