Body work is this company's job. After the first week and half while I was with her, she called to check on it. Won't be for awhile. Ordered parts. Once parts come in won't be long. FOUR weeks later after 3 failed times they said would be ready and wasn't, she goes to pick it up. The employee cleaning up the car says, " You shouldn't ever put boxes on the roof, pointing at the new scratches". She then says oh no, those were not there when I gave it to you. Well sorry we didn't do it. This goes back and forth until the owners makes the comment "to look inside your car I wouldn't think you care for it probably" then says "go to the waiting room". Talk about complete disrespect and horrible customer service. Oh and she found the pics of the wreck damage and in the pictures there were NO scratches. 4 weeks, tons of lies and talking to her like a punished child. Don't take your vehicle to them!!!!!
