Stopped in here for breakfast twice during our stay in Paris. Good, solid breakfast and the café Americano is quite strong. Service was a tad sluggish, but overall a good bang for your euro. read more

This place is awful. Worst service we have received in all of Paris. The "blue cheese" burger has a white sauce that seems to be entirely mayonnaise... can't taste a hint of blue cheese. We were assured this is their blue cheese, which is shocking in France that this could possibly be called blue cheese. Just terrible, especially when there are so many great burgers, especially blue cheese burgers, in this city. Do yourself a favor and try Le Ruisseau instead of this place. read more

1. I asked for hot chocolate the waiter told me I can't get hot chocolate. Okay, so I settled for tea. 2. When they gave me my tea, the spoon wasn't washed properly it has residues. 3. This is the worst place to get a margarita, the flavor is way off and it hardly had any tequila (it's a grocery store margarita mix), but the worst part is how they handled the situation, they didn't made any effort to help the costumer and they where dismissing our issues with the drink in a very bad way. Nice place, well decorated, a bit too loud. I went there on a thursday night and I got the chicken enchiladas. It arrived cold, the chicken inside was dry and tasteless. This was one of the only places within walking distance from our flat that served food late. The restaurant has a bit of an identity crisis - a Native American themed restaurant named Indiana that serves Mexican food.... A bit lost in translation.... It makes me wonder if Parisians think the state of Indiana is full of Native Americans eating burritos or if they think the word Indiana means Indians? The patrons were mostly locals. We got a burrito to share which was surprisingly pretty decent. It wouldn't be our first choice in Paris but not many places serve food late. read more

We were walking by and picked this place because it was incredibly full compared to the neighboring cafes. In hindsight, that was because it served American fare. It was fine, not especially good/not bad either. Our friendly and efficient server spoke English, which was appreciated greatly. Cocktails were tasty and the food was good. One thing that turned me off was the material/drapery on the wall where I was seated was dirty -- I don't like that... so thankfully my cocktail was good. Cheers! read more

Not too bad. Let's be honest, one doesn't travel to Paris to eat food you get in the US. However, for a late night snack, a Cheeseburger really did hit the spot after 10 days of pointing to who knows what on a menu. Good value, good food, good people. Based on the decor, they apparently have never been to Indiana though. read more

This place has the WORST customer service!!! The food is sub par and the attitude is through the roof. We ordered the salmon thinking its a regular salmon filet and out came smoked salmon. We offered to pay for the salon and get another dish but all we got in return was a huge attitude from the hostess who also decided to start cursing up a storm in French. Most of the service here in Paris has been great but I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone read more

I had dinner at Indiana on 4/29. It was a few blocks from my hotel, and after a long day of sight seeing, I was exhausted. The food was ok, I liked my veggie burger, coleslaw and fries. As we sat waiting for dessert, I saw a mouse run by - INSIDE THE RESTAURANT! To be fair, I was in another restaurant in Paris and saw the same thing, they keep all of their doors open so it is like an unofficial invitation to mice. That was a total turn off! read more

Well I did visit the place, it looked like a nice atmosphere (ok a bit orange but I am dutch so supposed to like that) so picked it as my lunch spot. Inside the atmosphere was warm and friendly and the menu rather extensive without being to much. I decided to go for a burger and fries. Service was slow even though it was far from full, dread to think what it is like in rush hour. When the plate arrived it looked rather pleasant. The burger though requested well done was still red inside and the fries were the driest (several times fried?) and most unpleasant I have had in a long time. The taste of the burger on the other hand was good. To bad of the fries, but a kitchen that can't get you decent fries does not deserve more then 2 stars. Combined with a price of 15 euros it is just not a good price-quality place read more

Terrible service.... do not come here! They are very rude to Americans, even if you make an effort to speak a little French. Had to wait an hour for food while everyone else who came in after me was served food and dessert. It took them THIRTY MINUTES to even take our order & another Twenty to even bring us water. Solid burger and fries joint. I got the Indiana - comes with bacon, grilled onions, tomato and lettuce, with a fried egg on top. Was somewhat expensive at 16.50€. My wife got the standard American burger for 11.50€. Fries were hot and crispy. I got a Belgian beer that I didn't like for 9.50€ called Affligem. Can't vouch for any of the other fare. If you're in the mood for a good burger, I recommend it. read more

This location in the Indiana Cafe chain is one of the better ones in Paris. It's always busy, but it has a variety of seating areas, so I've never been turned away. The menu includes burgers, fajitas, salads and mixed drinks, but honestly, I think folks come here to have a beer, hang out with friends and eat the comfort food known as, "le burger" in France ;) The fries are pretty standard. The burger buns are big and tasty--more authentic than in most places here--and can hold together with all the fixin's. It's not an inexpensive meal, but it's reliable, and the friendliness of the wait staff is a plus. The decor is a bit ridiculous, with Native American images all over the place--a cognitive dissonance clash with Beyonce, Mick Jagger and the like bouncing around on the video screens! read more
