I went there for the first time today and got butter chicken masala. They asked me what spice level I wanted and I was surprised because usually I don't get to choose but their level is 1 through 5 and I chose three and it was pretty spicy and I really liked it, it is spice using small green chili. And I love that.. I also got garlic naan. The portion of the masala is pretty small because I'm used to eating big portions because I live in America and a lot of Americans are really fat and expect bigger portions. This is good for portion control, considering the amount of food you get and the price, I wish it was a little bit cheaper or a little bit more food was included. If you are looking for authentic Indian food in Wylie, this is a fantastic place as my wife and I were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the food was at the restaurant. Buttery, right amount of spices, flavorful, and overall delicious meal we had. In terms of a few negatives, there was a lot of construction in the back where it had a gaping hole near the restroom, service was a slow, and the food quantity wasn't very much. We decided to try something different on date night and are happy we did! We had Veg Samosa for an appetizer and simply said, DELICIOUS! For the main course, we had Mughalai Chicken Curry and Butter Chicken Masala. These are served with Basmati Rice! The flavors were incredible and the rice was perfectly cooked. This place is the real deal. If you love Indo-Pakistani cuisine, this will be your new favorite spot. Hands down, the best lamb biryani we have ever hand. The shrimp tikka masala looked different (more yellow than red) and tasted different than most tikka masalas we've ever had, but it was outstanding. The naan was fresh and pleasingly soft and chewy. Staff was super friendly. Our order took a little longer than usual to get to the table, but I am attributing that to the fact that it was fresh and custom-made for our requested spice level. I'm giving this 4 stars because my takeout order wasn't correct. I ordered chicken tikka masala, veg korma and chicken 65. I got what i thought was veg korma but then when i was eating it, it tasted like chicken korma? I've had Indian many times, in fact it's my favorite food. They delivered the chicken tikka bc well i thought it wasn't in there and that tasted the same as the korma. So I'm confused regardless, it was really good and I appreciate the effort to deliver to make up for it. I'll be there in person next time to figure it out lol read more
