It's a nice little trail, too short for me and we didn't really see any waterfalls: It is dog friendly so plenty of doggos around. The trail itself is pretty narrow.

A lovely little nature trail hidden away behind Veterans Park in historic Dublin. You can park at the parking garage behind the library or the small parking lot at the end of North Street. The trail entrance takes you down into a wooded area with several lookout decks and two covered picnic areas. The gorge is viewable from several spots and has a small waterfall. The path appeared to take us in a one way loop, and then we turned around at the end. Not sure if there are other trails off of the main one we stayed on. A great shady walk on a hot day.

So glad to see this small getting a lot of enjoyment on a Saturday night. We walked it, then over the Dublin Ohio walking bridge. Easy connection to dining .

Indian Run Falls is a prime example of why I love living in Columbus so much. Right around the corner you'll find the hustle and bustle of a lively city... But when you're here, all of that disappears and you're deep in a hidden fern gully. For starters, there's a small parking lot at the entrance. If it's full and you can't find a spot, I've seen folks park at the bank across the street (maybe wait until the bank is closed to do that.). Once you're out of the car, you'll find a couple small signs including one that currently addresses social distancing. I will say that, for the most part, folks here are good about it. Although, I have had to say something to young kids sitting on the trail that didn't think they needed to move. Anyhoo, depending on when you come, you could run into no one. My favorite part is the falls, of course! I love how close you can get to the water. I also really like the various lookout points that are scattered throughout. Every one offers a different view of the falls. This time of year everything is extremely green, which is my favorite. So vibrant! I imagine during the fall and winter it's a totally different vibe and I like that too. If you're into exploring nature, getting outdoors, and don't mind a little mud, definitely head to Indian Run Falls. It's not too big, you can easily squeeze it into your day, and you'll be glad you got some fresh air.

Indian Run Falls is a nice place to go for a hike; all the more so because it's right in the middle of Columbus. This place is pretty easy to miss, but I suggest you take the trouble to find it - you won't be sorry! The entrance is past the Post Office, just off Bridge Street on Shawan Falls Drive. You'll find a small parking lot on the east side of the road. When you arrive, you'll find a pair of short trails on either side of the Falls which lead down underneath the 1st bridge. From the bridge you'll get an outstanding up-close view of the Falls; there are several observation decks available. Tip: This is a great place to get up close and personal with nature; it's even dog friendly! The difficulty level of the trails here is fairly easy; I've seen hikers with small children in tow. There are lots of trees, and on hot days the shade from the trees brings the temperature down several degrees.

Went hiking here with my daughter and hubby and we were all very pleasantly surprised. Nice ample parking with easy walkable paths. There are several decked areas for observing the creek and various small falls. There is NO SWIMMING allowed here. There are a few covered shelter spots with covered picnic tables. GREAT FOR a family putting or day trip. I highly recommend this Free site to enjoy. Definitely would go back

This is another hidden gem located in Dublin, OH. There is a nice walking path which takes you to a bridge and at least 4 viewing areas. You are welcome to bring your lunch for a relaxing meal at one of the covered picnic areas. This area does have a few small waterfalls and it is a great place to get a few pictures. A small parking lot is located at the entrance.

These falls are on an unexpected location... accessible via a corporate park drive. There's a small parking lot and an entrance to the trail which leads to an overhead view of the falls. There are nice views, but limited access. This proves a peaceful short walk, and it's amazing that right in the middle of parking lots and corporate buildings, this pretty little gem persists. The best view of the falls is from a small wooden platform at the end of the trail. There's also a spot where you can cross a bridge to the other side. In the past there may have been more to this, but a second bridge, and longer trail, seems to be closed permanently.

Indian Run Falls is one of the best things in Dublin. It's tucked away between several offices. This is a reminder of what came before overdevelopment. It's pretty easy to get to but easy to miss. There's a few other interesting structures to observe besides the waterfalls. A place like this is passed constantly without knowing about it. Because it's in the middle of old Dublin, it's forgotten about in favor of the overpriced restaurant or shop. The entrance is located on Shawan Falls Drive off of Bridge Street. It's past the post office. There's a parking lot on the east side of the road. At the entrance are a few old houses. The trail is at the other side of the parking lot, and you can hear waterfalls from there. It loops around and heads toward Dublin Road, taking you past a rapidly moving stream. There's a few bridges to observe the stream and waterfalls. It goes on about half a mile. It's a good place for a walk or just to look at nature. There's good places for pictures.

    Such a beautiful place

This park is gorgeous! I was just walking around the area when I noticed this park. Good thing I was wearing sneakers because it was the perfect day for a walk in the park. I love that there are overlooks throughout the trail and benches. It was nice and quiet, not overly busy for a Saturday, which was pleasant. I really enjoyed my time at Indian Run Falls.

Came for lunch here on.December 10. Loved my Maine lobster roll at Coastal Seafood and beer from North Market Bar. The area itself is not complete as of today there are 2 restaurants open, the bar, and one store. There also were some bake goods for sale brought in from one of the future bakeries. I'm giving four stars because even though the facility is not complete there's lots of potential as it will be an awesome collection of international food vendors. Also I liked how they were handling the cleaning of the public areas and tables. There's a recommended number of people per table and they have tags to let customers know when a table has been cleaned or needs attention.

The land is owned by Columbus, but the park is maintained by Dublin. To access the park, you pull into an area that also leads down into an office complex. There is a small parking area directly across from the marked trailhead. The trail itself is a combination of paved and boardwalk, although there are also some worn down dirt areas that get you closer to the river. If you enter through this signed trailhead area, you will find a fork in the road. The one to the right takes you on a paved walking trail that ends with a staircase that takes you back up to the street level. The fork to the left takes you towards the boardwalk area, which has a number of little streams and a nice little forested area. There is a ton of waterfowl and birds throughout, and a lot of interesting plants and trees to enjoy, as well. The noise of the animals and river helps provide a calming atmosphere, despite the proximity to the roads. This is well worth a visit!

You'll see O'Shaughnessy Dam, pumping tons of water from the Scioto River into the faucets of the fine people of Dublin and Columbus and surrounding Ohio areas. This is a really neat park. It's not a park-park, but more of a place with picnic benches and a big grassy area, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors while looking and listening to the water fall in the dam. The ambient sound of the water is relaxing -- it's just so big and loud and repetitive. I could hang out and listen to it and stare at the water for hours. However, I only got to stay and listen to the water for a minute or two, because I had children with me. Children don't appreciate standing in one place and listening to water. What kids do appreciate is exploring, and so we set off to check out what else Glick Park & Overlook had to offer. If you feel like walking a bit, there's a dirt path that goes down to the base of the dam, which will give you an up-close look at the falling water. When we visited, there were two people fishing, so I'm thinking that this might be a good place to fish. There was also a sign that warns visitors that if they hear a siren, then they should GTFO and seek higher ground. So, like, maybe don't visit when the river is high? Or maybe just keep an ear out for a siren, just in case. The walk down to the base of the dam and back up again isn't too steep, but it could have some people huffing and puffing, so keep that in mind. The path was smooth and should be OK for strollers and wheelchairs. Parking was plentiful when we visited. There were lots of spaces, and the parking lot is conveniently located right by the picnic area.
