There is a counter that you give your order at but unlike your standard fast serve restaurant they do have seating which is lovely. They have a few different types of Indian "curry" fillings which they can serve up in some varieties. A classic roti roll, a burrito or even a pizza (definitely curious to try this one out) I got the achari paneer roti roll which was really delicious! The paneer was soft and fresh and the achari masala was tangy and not too spicy. The roti was delicious and clearly freshly made. Be warned that they come with raw red onions which give the roll quite a strong kick. This is a definite 5-star spot! Great food, lovely service and wonderful value.

Absolutely delicious dinner!…read more We made reservations online about 2 months ago. 5:15 dinner worked well for us since we had a show at 7. We checked in on the lady with the tablet on the right side of the entrance. The left side is for walk ins. Super long line even at 5pm. We've been here a few times, since it's so conveniently located during our stay. We've been here at odd and often late hours to dine. This last time around it was more dinner hours and the bar/lounge was crowded and the music thumping. I'm never a big fan of that scene, but great food always wins me over. Fate had us at exactly the same table with the server that remembered us from November. I love this menu as I'm always getting something different, yet solid. We shared a few openers. Tandoori Duck Breast Kebab-Chilli chutney Potato Cakes-Curried chickpeas with tamarind and yoghurt These were both very good and the sauces complimented both dishes well. For our mains, I had the South Indian Lamb Pepper Fry-Laccha paratha which is always one of the hotter dishes of the night. Kris had the Bombay Spiced Vegetables-Laccha paratha and enjoyed it. With our orders we munched on the Chef basket of Naan, one of which was stuffed with potato and another was garlic. Those were outstanding and perfect for mopping up the tasty sauces from all the dishes. Service has always been spot on and it's a stylish and trendy setting. We love this place and are here often.

We had dinner at Kricket our first night in London a week or so ago. It was an early dinner (5pm)…read morebefore a show on the West End on a Thursday night. Kricket is small, intimate, and very modern. We were seated up at the bar, which I loved, since it gave us an opportunity to watch them prepare some of the food (watching the bread making was a special treat). Kricket has a menu that is designed for sharing, and the staff were really helpful, recommending how many dishes from each section of the menu we should order. We shared two snacks: their tomato rasam pani puri and their Goan sausage paan with coconut vinegar. Both of these dishes were very good - flavorful but light - they left us plenty of room for more food. Next up, from the small plates section: bhel puri (with raw mango, coriander chutney, and yogurt) and recheado butter prawns (with black pepper and gondhoraj), which were - you guessed it - both great. The butter prawns were one of my favorite dishes of the night. We ended up ordering some bread to sop up the rest of the sauce, because we couldn't imagine wasting it. Then, from the grills & curries section, we ordered the butter bean kuzhambu (with baby shallot, garlic, and grezzina courgette) and baked hake (with potato rasam and chicken skin podi), another round of great dishes. We didn't have room for dessert, but we did have a couple of cocktails (which are creative and pair with the food well) and glasses of wine! The food came out at a good pace - quickly but coursed well. And the service was friendly and attentive throughout. Overall, the meal was pretty great. The food is modern but shows a great range of Indian regional dishes, and every bite was delicious. I can see why they have that Michelin Bib Gourmand. An excellent meal that I'd be happy to repeat!

More like "Indian tapas" meaning same price as an entree but 1/4 the size. The server suggested 7-9 plates for the 3 of us which was an immediate red flag. I struggled to find anything that really sounded worth ordering but we were already there & hungry so we got like 5 dishes & a couple drinks which still came out to $113 USD. - Veggie Pakora - if you've had a veggie tempura roll at a sushi restaurant, this is the filling for that. Literally just the end scrap pieces of cut veggies that are unusable for other dishes so they fry them up and call it an appetizer. - Butterflied shrimp in curry - very tasty w/ a nice char on the shrimp & rich curry but again tiny. 3 shrimp total meaning one for each of us w/ just enough curry for dipping. Serving curry w/o rice should be a crime. - Keralan fried chicken: chicken karage basically served w/ a creamy aioli. Too salty. - Pistachio & date naan: tasty desert naan We left a bit disappointed and still hungry.
