To everyone else in the restaurant he was smiling and speaking English politely. But to us he portrayed like he didn't know the language and constantly just gave us a feeling of "why did you even come here"! Food was okay ... but his mannerisms are inexcusable. If we placed an order, he was irritated and would just walk away. When we asked for water - he gave me the look saying "why do you want water, why don't you just leave?"
