Everywhere we looked, the hours are posted and they say "come on in". So we did just that. Since the is no exterior sign indicating the Museum, we walked in and asked politely "Is this the museum?" The answer came immediately and sternly, "NO. This is the vacuum repair. I have other things to do. You need to make an appointment." That is a DIRECT quote. NOWHERE is it stated that you need to make an appointment. In fact we read that you could come in and just look around. Since he had "other things to do", we turned and walked out. We love off-the-wall types of places and this one fits the bill, but we have NEVER been treated like this anywhere else we have visited.

They back their products, they offer rock solid service, and they also have a friendly Ozarks attitude that you don't find at KC or STL boat dealers. While I've moved to Las Vegas and deep water Lake Mead, I couldn't let this place go without a review as they have been great to deal with. When it comes to Jet Boats and shallow water operation if you have questions you can't go wrong with giving them a call. They know what works.
