Dishonest company who does not stand by their work! We hired Dwight Moore to install a septic system on our property. We met with him prior to hiring him and went over in detail where the tank and drain fields would be installed. He told us with confidence that he could complete the job no problem. The septic system was installed and then we found out after using the system that it was not installed correctly. The septic tank and leach field were both installed to close to our well and the leach field does not drain correctly which has caused swampy ground, foul smells and has destroyed our lawn. We brought the information to Dwight's attention. He came out and he admitted this was his mistake and that he would fix it for us. He gave several "solutions". We explained we would like to get a few 2nd opinions because of how the leach field was installed; we wanted to make sure we were looking at all the options available. Dwight agreed and said he could do the work himself or would pay for someone else to come and fix the issue. We obtained a few other opinions and let Dwight know that we would let him come out to fix the issue and gave him the info we found out from the other contractors. The only response we received from him was "yes, working on it" and that was the last thing we ever heard. We tried calling and texting Dwight, but he has ghosted us. He will not return any texts or phone calls. Dwight seemed to be a friendly, honest business owner who stood by his work, unfortunately, we learned the hard way that he does not stand by his work one bit and is not a man of his word. Do not let him or his company do the same thing to you. I would never trust Dwight, Justin or either of their companies to perform any work on my home. They own ALL Type Plumbing LLC as well as Drain Kings LLC. I also have text messages and a 26-minute video with of my conversation with Dwight which included him asking me not to report him to the health department because they may take his license and him telling me "It's all my fault", "I screwed up" and that he will fix the issues. We trusted him and his company with our hard-earned money, trusted them to complete the job he told us he could do and trusted him to fix their mistakes. He lied through his teeth, directly to my face.
