I had explained I was out of town and they would have to wait until I returned before I could make final payment, in a week.I received a call on the 16th that they were almost done and I could pay the final payment, I explained again that I would need to get home before I could make payment. before I could make payment on 3/23, I received 5 phone calls,4 text messages, and 4 emails. I think that was excessive, since I had informed them that it would take a week for me to pay. As far as I can tell, they did the job, correctly, (all work is under ground) I thought the price was high, but they did have to dig in the street. They had been out a month prior to this work and cleaned out the sewer, but didn't say anything was wrong.

I read a lot of good reviews on the aire serv web site and decided to give them a shot. I was hoping they could come out Monday morning which they were able to accommodate. Within 15 minutes Jason arrived. I'm always cautious with service folks but Jason went straight to the thermostat turned off the system left the fan motor on and went under the house. I had a good sense he knew what he was doing. My initial assessment was a capacitor which was the case. It turned out the capacitor on the outside unit was also bad and replaced. All in all Jason was very professional, very detailed and I enjoyed reminiscing about our days in the Military. I will use this business again when the time comes and if I'm lucky Jason will still be there. A company with good business ethics.

Wow I wish I could give negative stars…read more This guy started a job and then just stopped showing up. No explanation. Didn't answer my texts or calls. Just disappeared after the job was already started. The work they did do before disappearing needed to be redone, they actually created a hazardous situation. Tom or his crew also dumped trash including the old tile and chunks of concrete they had removed onto the back side of my property, thinking I wouldn't see it I guess. At first everything seemed peachy but quickly went south. One day Tom showed up alone because his employees were sick with Covid and he complained the entire time... complained about having to get up in the attic and that he shouldn't have to do that kind of work anymore because he's the owner. If the boss acts like he's too good to do the work his employees have to do, that's a big red flag. He also complained about other customers to me. Just completely unprofessional and arrogant. I had to have another plumber out due to the sewer smell in the bathroom. Mid MO did not install a p-trap for the bath tub before re-pouring the concrete around it. So for the past 6 months, straight sewer gas has been making its way into my bathroom. Please look elsewhere for a plumber. This guy is either lazy or incompetent. Maybe both.
