I wanted to take my child here and I am glad we didn't. I called the director of the child center, Rhonda, on a Monday and she told me to call her at the end of the week. By Thursday, I attempted to contact the office but after phone call after phone call, no one answered the phone. I made a trip to the daycare. I pressed the button and the office answered and told me that I had to go to the church office. I wanted to know why and there was no one answering me. By that time, one of the teachers met me outside and said that the director was out the rest of the week to call Monday. Why did the director tell me to call at the end of the week when she knew she wasn't going to be there. I made a call to the office on Monday around 8a and again, no one answered the calls. I blocked my phone and, wouldn't you know, the office picked up. Mind you, I had a teacher tell me to do that. When I asked to speak the director, the office tells me that she would call me back. I never got a call. Made another trip to the daycare, and the director meets me outside. Never tells me her name or invited me inside, knowing I wanted to talk to her about my child. I had to ask her if she was Rhonda, the director. She said yes, and that she had to look to see if there were any spots opening and call me. She precedes to tell me that if there is an opening spot, it would go to the person that needs it the most. Didn't matter if I had my child on the list first. Didn't matter that I was recovering from a stroke. I did get a call later that afternoon and was told that there was no open spots, even tho I was told last week, Monday, that there was an open spot. I was also told the first time I spoke with Rhonda, that one of the child was being moved to the next class, but now there weren't open spots available. The staff there are terrible. If I was treated like that, I can only imagine how they would treat my child. Shame on you read more
