I purchased a house in December 2025 that had appliances that were purchased from Best Appliance…read more The drawer in the GE Profile gas range below the oven is bent, which makes it unable to close evenly, and the freezer on the GE Profile refrigerator has been not holding temperature since the day I moved in. The builder told me to get in touch with the appliance store which I did and they have been telling me for over two months that they're going to order a new gasket for the freezer and that they have ordered a replacement drawer for the gas range. Today I called to get an update and I find out from one of the managers that they don't intend to do any of that... so they were just stringing me along for a couple of months! The manager says now he's going to call GE appliance repair and give them my information and that's how they're going to take care of it. Therefore, I would not recommend buying an appliance from this store because they will not always tell you the truth and string you along for a couple of months if something's not working just right and basically wash their hands of the appliance once it goes out the door. The manager said when they delivered the appliances, they were in perfect condition and what happened to them between that point and when I bought the house is not his problem.

If I could give less then one star I would. This place is the worst. First I go in to look for a…read moredryer. I find one that was a digital touch screen front load dryer. I fell in love. I started the contract that was a bit more then I wanted to pay but decided it would be worth it. I get the dryer delivered and it does not work after they told me it tested great and ran fine. I called them and they came back and picked it up to have it fixed. I'm now 4 weeks with no dryer and taking my laundry else where to pay to have it done while still paying for a dryer I don't have ! They then decided to drop a dryer off that is much older and more basic then the one I selected in the store. They wanted me to sign a new contract and I declined because they refused to take money off the dryer. This place is pathetic! And then you go in to talk to the " manager " about the problem and he is never there or does not care. So over this place. If you go to them be prepared to be ripped off big time!!!!!!

No excuses, no delays and no nonsense - they were right on target which is unbelievable in todays market when everything is on backorder. The installers were clean and very respectful of my property. I chose them over a competitor twenty-five miles closer to me because of their reputation for honest dealing and skilled service technicians. Over the past twenty years, I have found this to be the case. I recently replaced my original dw with a new Asko from Ackerman's, whose technician and I ran into problems that called for an oscillating saw (neither of us had one and it would have taken an hour to locate and obtain one from a neighbor) but were solved with hammer, chisel, muscle, and skill (none of it mine). Really impressive.

Thought a $100 just to come out to " diagnose" the issue was a bit much, but ya do what ya gotta. Tech was here less than 15 minutes and during that time called the manufacturer for help - immediately determined it was definitely part X and he's have to call me back with an estimate. When the estimate for the part et al plus the visit was about half of what we paid the appliance we decided to just replace it. However we did call the manufacturer and were told that the part was under warranty and they'd send it to their approved appliance repair provider. It went downhill from there - several more visits and more parts and still no fix - ended up calling another company. They were able to identify the problem - minor glitch with a small part(less than $10) and the install. Imagine the time BCS Inc. could've saved if they'd just started with the basics rather than jumping the gun to new Part A, B, C...tech was very nice, but clearly didn't know what he was doing.
