They could not get to me for a few weeks and the promotion would expire. I was told I could put $100.00 down and get the deal even though they would not get to me for a few weeks. I asked if it was refundable and was told for sure. They came out, the price was reasonable and they left. I told them I would call with me decision. After doing more research I found Kohler was a much better generator with a better dealer network. I got a price from them that was more but was a bigger generator and the placement was better. So I went with them. I call for my refund and they tell me they have to wait to get the permit money back from my town. Why would I wait for a refund? I did not authorize them to buy a permit or do anything. Why would a company go ahead with a job that was not OK'd by the home owner? Well here I am going on a few weeks and still no check, none of my phone calls to them returned. What a shady outfit. Had I have known I certainly would not have used them. I guess small claims will be me next step, but why do they make one go to that point? Just a shame.

Marty came by, looked at the job and had decided the best course of action what to just do Time and Materials at his hourly rate. It saved him from underestimating/overestimating and I could manage the costs fairly. Items completed: 1. Deck Post light caps: Caseta switch installation. Also diagnosing some incorrect connections (I had made incorrect connections previously). Wiring an incomplete LV wiring run to complete a 'missing' section of lights. 2. Under deck puck lights: 15 Amp box and 2nd Caseta switch installation powering puck lights 3. Troubleshooting Magnitude MLV Transformer (found bad caseta switch and worked with Lutron support to diagnose and get replacement) 4. Installed heat tape on troublesome (ice/snow) roof section I got everything done for roughly $600.00. (I bought all the materials in advance ~$100 worth and did some "brain dead" stuff myself (like running 14/2 UF wire through existing conduit). In any event, I was thrilled with T&M as was he. I believed I saved roughly $1500 by spending an hour or two myself and having Marty come in for the rest. I think I found my new 'go to' electrician in my area. Fair, honest and hard working.

During the visit, Tyler and Aaron identified several condensate drains that had not yet been tied into the sewer system and completed that final installation step. This proactive work likely prevented future moisture‑related damage to walls or flooring, and we are grateful for their diligence. Absolutely awful…read more Since I posted my first review, we found out that two of our units were faultily installed. One led to widespread leaking (where they didn't attach the hose properly to the unit to have it drain out) that ruined our second floor ceiling and destroyed a closet. Over a year later, we started to see our living room unit leak water profusely. An agent was sent out yesterday to fix it, but lacked a ladder and said he would be back. He never was, and attempts to get someone out here again have been met with bald faced lies - "we have no record of a visit set up." These people do not install these heat pumps correctly. We have had widespread damage to our house as a result of their negligence. Do not use them EVER. Not only is their installation crappy and negligent, but their communication is faulty and suspect. Do not waste your money.
