She loves the friendly atmosphere ... everyone challenging and cheering each other to do their best. The members come in all different levels of fitness and body type in fact some of their most enthusiastic members don't look like what you see in the magazines. Challenging WODs (workouts) but nothing too crazy ... can scale for your ability. Another cool thing is they have in-house competitions every few months and just had one last weekend. Great way to see your fitness level without having to sign up for a bigger competition, plus you get to hang out with friends.
