This is honestly one of the worst gyms I've ever been to that doesn't promote common gym etiquette. Literally about 90% of the equipment I try to use has weights left on them by the previous person. There's also no plate weight racks for proper organization so usually you're on a scavenger hunt roaming from machine to machine looking for what you need. If only staff put as much effort into keeping weights racked and organized as they do when trying to kick you out at the end of the night. They'll flash the lights on and off to let you know it's closing time. Extremely irritating when you're in the locker room and it suddenly goes pitch black while you're trying to get changed.

I am not referring to the common practice of recording short clips on a personal phone. I am referring to multi-camera setups, including what appeared to be a live stream today. Many members value privacy and do not consent to being recorded, particularly in a space where people are focused on training and may feel vulnerable. A gym should remain a respectful, safe environment for everyone. Front-desk staff appear constrained by OneLife's current corporate policy permitting this type of filming. I would appreciate it if management would reconsider or clarify the guidelines around tripod and multi-camera use to better protect members' privacy and access to equipment. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone at this location. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails--none of which were returned. It appears that the only reliable way to get a response is by texting the owner, which feels both impractical and unprofessional. Unfortunately, when I did finally receive a response, the interaction was not positive. The communication came across as dismissive and unfriendly, which made the overall experience worse. It is also worth noting that there is another Pure Barre location in the Sharpsburg/Newnan area, just a few miles away, that is new, clean, and very welcoming to newcomers, and offers a much better daily schedule without heavy reliance on waitlists. I would not recommend this location if you value basic communication and customer service.
