In fact, when I mentioned this to Steve, he told me that if there was any issue it would be that he would provide me with too many updates. That, to me, was a good sign. 2. He is thorough. I felt like he enjoys helping people and he offered me suggestions and ideas for ways to save money on any future work that I have done to the place. 3.
