For some reason, I decided to give David a call back and give him a chance. We are glad we did. This was our first home that we bought and navigating through a sellers' market is tough. We were able to get our house without getting into a bidding war even though we were in a multi offer situation. To add another complex layer, the house didn't appraise with the initial lender and David suggested creative solutions (with serendipitous timing of other factors) to try to make the house we wanted work.
