We are currently house hunting in Houston after relocating from Canada. Matt has been beyond helpful. His demeanor is calm, collected, thoughtful, and welcoming. My Spouse works for the federal government so I have started the search early with two very young children in tow, while he finishes his job assignment out of the country. When you are going from house to house, in and out of the vehicle multiple times, your children are going to have a crying fit here and there. Especially when under 3 years of age. Matt has not only made me feel completely comfortable, but has picked up my children without second thought to help soothe them. Beyond amazing, beyond the scope of his job. And that's what you want when you have a real estate agent. You are looking for a home, your safe place, your end of day haven, the place where memories are to be made! This is a huge decision. In addition, he has proven to be extremely detail oriented. I have only needed to express my preferences, dislikes, and likes only once to him. After each showing we regroup and review what I liked about the property and what I could do without. Each and every time, he would look down at his notes and either agree with me or speak on them before I could. We worked in tandem and it was quite refreshing. The communication has been overall amazing, the attention to detail has been reassuring, and the overall experience a breath of fresh air during what I'm sure most would say is a stressful time. Thank you so much Matt for everything!
