In December 2020, my family was relocating and had the initial idea of buying a house in Dallas. Back then we had no knowledge of what the process would look like but she was really patient in answering every single question. She even introduced us to a daycare our kid loves and still attends. She spent a few months getting to know our preferences via open houses and customized email recommendations. During the house hunting, she ended up being the calmest person giving genuine feedback when we got really excited about placing offers. The process can be overwhelming but she managed to ease our pressure with her hard work, effective communication, and prompt actions. With her knowledge and thorough research, our first offer got accepted and we are happy with what we got without feeling buyers' remorse. With all mentioned, we would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in getting a house. She is amazing!

Lex not go into why I ended up not buying or renting a place in Frisco…read more There were a few weeks when it actually looked like we were going to have to move to Dallas and we were not too thrilled about that. Sorry Dallas. We prefer HOU. More diverse and Queensesque. And it's home for Bae. We were considering Plano but there were some drawbacks. Then we were considering Frisco because it would have been close to where Barbie was working, or would have been working, and not too far from where I was working, or was supposed to be working, and because it's sort of like a leafy perfectly safe Suburban Paradise. One of the drawbacks was that it was actually quite expensive considering that Texas prices are fairly cheap. Yes these properties are incredibly nice but they're also a little bit generic and not cheap at all. They were gorgeous though and we enjoyed touring around a few of the different homes that we were interested in - and we definitely will consider living here if we ever have to live in the North burbs of Dallas for any depressing reason. Better to live in these slightly-more-diverse (well, Plano and Carrollton and Richardson, if not Frisco) North burbs though, than in the nightmarish endless west burbs, the remote East burbs, or the downtrodden south burbs.

Five out of five star real estate agent!!!…read more We recognized right away that Heather Tinglov was an exceptional real estate agent while working with her during our relocation from Atlanta, GA to McKinney, TX. She always was quick to respond to our many questions and concerns via email and phone. She dedicated an entire Saturday and Sunday to drive us to a multitude of listings that interested us from MLS and Zillow. She then quickly focused in on our needs to filter out some of the listings that were not up to par. Furthermore, she arranged the showings to optimize the little amount of time we had together which was due to flying in for one weekend as a result of our short relocation timeline. While on the home tours she was able to call out any necessary improvements to help our purchasing decision. Once we decided on the right home and neighborhood for our family, Heather was an excellent negotiator and helped guide us to make a firm offer in this hot market, which the seller accepted despite them having multiple offers on the home. Her close attention to detail, as well as her ability to seamlessly handle the volumes of paperwork involved with buying a house, made the sale smooth and easy for us. Heather was a pleasure to work with, and we would recommend her to all my family and friends. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time but Heather Tinglov eased the pressure by being friendly, professional, and an exceptional negotiator.

Our realtor, Cne' Hemby went above and beyond in making sure that our relocation experience was nothing but perfect. We came down to Plano for a long weekend and had no clue where to start our house hunting. We found an open house and clicked on the link. Well, we received a phone call within 5 minutes (on a Sunday) and within 90 mins we were meeting with Cne' to tour the home we were interested in. But, she showed up armed with a folder full of other available homes and cleared her calendar to show us around N. Texas given that we were here for only a few days. We wound up going with a new construction and she, on her own and without us asking, would pass by our home under construction and take pics and video to send to us up north. Plus, when the builder tried getting cute on a feature that they had promised us then tried to back out, she immediately drove over to the builder's office to advocate for us in-person to ensure that they delivered what we had contracted. Well, we had such a positive experience, we could only think about using Cne' to find a second home for our elderly parents. Usual top-notch customer service and she ensured that the entire closing process went smoothly. Again, if you are looking for the very best customer service, Monument Realty is for you!
