Very prompt and attentive. I wish they were able to schedule appointments requiring contrast.

I would give this place a 5-star AND a 1-star for different reasons. The 5-star: I had a great experience with a CT scan -- easy scheduling, quick service, clean facility, friendly staff. The 1-star (part 1): I now need an X-ray and am trying to reach someone--ANYONE--to get pricing ahead of time. All I get is AI and voicemail. The HCAHealthcare website claims to have pricing, but the facility locater page does not recognize any imaging centers in my state. So I go to the Contact Us page to ask about that, only to find the only contact information is for 9-1-1! WTF?!? The 1-star (part 2): I just received a bill in the mail for the CT scan. I had paid completely up front ($865). So why do I owe another $200? The invoice does not specify its for physician, radiologist reading, facility, supplies, or anything specific....just "CT"...that is sketchy. And the price of the "CT" before insurance adjustment is HALF of what I paid already. So seems to me they might owe *me* money. read more

My primary care doctor referred me here, and before my appointment I checked it out online and confirmed costs with my insurance. However, this place is misleading--they bill the same as a hospital, not like a true freestanding imaging center. It has something to do with how their radiology services are structured. If you're looking for an actual independent imaging center with lower costs, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

If my doctor hadn't sent me here, I probably wouldn't choose them. I called 4 times over a week to ask a question and was sent to voicemail every time. Each time I left a message with my question and no one got back to me until right before my procedure. Once I got in, the staff was nice. I just don't like doing business with someone who doesn't prioritize the customer. read more

I arrived today 7/23 at 8:30am for my appt. I was told I needed to reschedule bc I didn't arrive at 8:15am. I referred to the appt reminder I received for 7/23 at 8:30am (attached), & she said you needed to be here 15 min early. I told her that I HAD written 8:15 in my book - but after receiving the reminder that my appt was at 8:30am,, assumed I'd written it wrong. I don't have time to play games! If you want me there at 8;15am, set my appt. for 8:15am. Ridiculous & unprofessional. read more

My 86 year old mom was transported to this place from skilled nursing facility. Paid for transportation and rec'd call from this place and asked if I had medical power of attorney. I thold them I had POA and I can answer whatever questiosn they have. Told me that i would have to sign papers. All necessary paperwork was sent to them by the skilled nursing facility. I told them that i work in Richmond and I can be there in 20-30 minutes. Told me that mom would have to reschedule. Person I spoke to tried to blame it on skilled nursing failcty and I said that I can't believe that my mom is the only 86 year old elderly woman that is unable to sign her name and answer questions when they come to get MRI. He then said that skilled nursing faclity should sent nurse. Google this place and lo and behold they are associated with HCA. Why doesn't this suprise me. read more

Great personal care and very friendly and helpful with any questions asked of them. I've been here before and it was the same great care

From start to finish, great. Staff is great, place is spotless and on time! Don't like the new location, but that's life .

zero customer service. Rude and can't get their act together. Told me on the phone that I can walk for an xray until 6 pm, went there between 5 & 6 pm and they refused to do an xray stating that the time ends at 5 pm and after that it's only with an appointment while they sat their giggled and played on the phone. I played their recorded message and they still refused. called the next day to get an appointment and I was told that it's walk in only. I asked until what time and they said it's till 4pm. Makes me wonder how bad their imaging is if they can't even keep their story straight. read more

I HAVE NO WORDS! "I'm unable to breathe, my lungs are not expanding" I explained to the registration desk personnel (she was more concerned about where I had my nails done, and even wrote down the information). My primary physician referred me to this practice as the result of my asthma worsening. My Doctor's office is pretty efficient and when this lady told me she could not find the referral that was sent to them at 10 am, and it was 4pm, I was thinking to myself ," this heifer is trying to go home". I begged her to please call my Dr's office or just see me and follow up on the referral the next day. I went to sit in the waiting area while I called my doctor's office and in hopes this woman was doing the same. I realized that it was almost time for the facility to close and I asked the receptionist if she had any luck finding my referral or contacting my doctor's office, she looks at me as though she never gave me a second thought, and responds, "uhh no, I told you when arrived that I couldn't find the referral", my eyes bulged out of my head in disbelief, "well did you call anyone at my doctor's office?" She looked at me like her day was over and I was annoying her. I felt my airwaves tightening up and know my inhaler wasn't going to cut it. I left and went to Henrico Doctor's on Parham ER (that's a whole other review). They truly didn't care about me at this place despite how bad I felt, People we deserve better! read more

I was called within four days of my referral to set up an appointment. I was able to be seen within that week. I arrived for my appointment and was able to be taken back after my check-in and paper work was completed. Very quick process. The ultrasound tech was very kind and friendly. read more

Doctors need to stop recommending them.....We got there at 5:30pm for a quick xray and they were still open, but "You will have to come back on Monday because there's someone on the machine and they will be on there for an hour. And we are closed on the weekends." This is an imaging place, right?? One xray machine?? Someone on it for an hour?? We got there well before they closed, so we should be able to get an xray. Hard to tell if this was true or if they just wanted to go home early! We went to another place (which btw stays open later and has weekend hours) and were taken right away. read more
