The uhaul shipment ended up arriving on December 24 which was not ideal due to the holiday, but 2 guys and a van were able to accommodate. They're also happy to provide a quote (not to be set in stone) versus insisting that you call them first. They were also reasonable. My entire interaction was online. Though there were doubts if they would show up...like clockwork Keep It Up was at my home. They make sure to provide reminders a day in advance. They also let you know their expected arrival when they depart from their facility. When it comes to the moving itself, two nice gentlemen did the job well. It took 7 hours and two rounds. There was an extra charge for our sleeper sofa, based on it's weight. It is important to note that their fees include disassembly and reassembly of furniture. We had sooo much random stuff and we weren't able to box it all. Per our request, the movers took almost everything we pointed at. I did a lot of moving when I still had hair on my head. It was nice to have the pros handle everything for a change. I'm so done with moving. It is so taxing, especially when you've been in one place for so long. But if you must, then Keep It Up is highly recommended by me.
