The staff is attentive to detail; they notify me when something is due; they follow up with the dr. if a new scrip or a pre-authorization is needed. They have a reliable delivery service which you can easily book online. I find dealing with them easy as they are efficient, reliable and organized. If I have a problem, I text them thru their site and they personally answer me. I plan to continue working with them forever! and of course I highly recommend this pharmacy

Foot Action is owned by the same company along with Foot Locker. Why they don't just chose one name…read morefor their company is beyond me. So maybe one has slightly more clothing than the other, but it doesn't much matter. This location is in Cross County (along with Foot Locker and a Kid's Foot Locker/Action). I only came in to return/exchange a pair of boots, but they didn't have my size. The lady who helped me was friendly. Another employee was ok. Pricing is generally on the higher end - but "brand" names for sneakers/boots are also pricey. If forced to even go to Cross County in the first place and forced to go into one of the "Foot" stores, this would be the better choice over it's nasty Foot Locker location. They may not have the exact same selections in some cases, but chances are you'll have a better experience in this location.

The decor inside the store is quite outdated, but their employees are outstanding and very helpful. They provide full service few stores do that today. They have a very large and very varied selection of shoes. Need casual shoes? They have it. Need dressy evening shoes or an evening bag? They have it. The prices here are very reasonable. Bear in mind that most of these shoes are made of man-made materials and come from china. If you are looking for handcrafted, European leather shoes, this is not the place. Nevertheless, I highly recommend the store.

You walk into this HUGE warehouse of footwear and wonder to yourself how you're going to get…read morestarted. This store is very big and bright. All the shoes are placed well. FF is located in a very busy shopping center. It's an easy in and out and could be a little challenging at times to get a parking spot. Have patience, it will happen. When we walked in I was fortunate enough to find Jamie who helped me find everything I came in here for. I thought it was going to be simple... LOL. All I needed were sneakers and sandals. It took a while since they have over one million pairs of everything here. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated.) I wanted very specific sneakers and sandals and happily I had Jamie working with me to make that happen. When you go to place with such a large selection you know it's going to be a challenge. Patience, my friends, patience. They probably have what your looking for and if you take your time... you'll find it.

I was really surprised to see that this place has bad reviews. My mother, sister, and I have been…read moreshopping here for years. Sam and Alana are so attentive and I've never had a bad experience. Sam is amazing - there must be a few hundred different kinds of shoes, but if you point one out to him he'll tell you what sizes he has and if they run too big or too small. If the shoes aren't the best fit, say something and he will add insoles/grips/padding to make it perfect (sometimes you have to buy them, but sometimes he throws them in for free). And he's never tried any funny business with me. Maybe I'm not his type, haha. I don't mean to be defensive or to question the other reviews - I'm just saying that they're not in line with the experiences I've had. I suggest checking it out for yourself. As for me, I've spent lots of money in that place and I've never had a problem. Hicksville's best-kept secret!
