They were very thorough with all of exams, nevertheless explaining what it all meant in a clear and concise manner. They didn't tack things on that were unnecessary and even conducted fillings immediately (one of which was a chipped front tooth that was sensitive). The work was efficient and flawless (not flossless because they did that very well too and provided some helpful pointers). Therefore, I…read moretried to get a "First Visit" appointment on Monday, 12-FEB-2024, and I called their telephone number twice (the number displayed on their website) once before 5pm, and once at 5:30pm, but no one answered. Their website shows that they are open until 7pm. Therefore, being unable to call, I tried the CHAT window on their website. At first, there was no response. Then, after about 20 minutes, there was a response. I asked for an appointment, and I was offered the next day or the next Thursday. I wrote that anytime on Thursday (15-FEB-2024) was fine. But I never received a response. I tried also to use the "First Visit" link on their website to fill out forms and paper-work, but it always failed. It is now 17-FEB-2024, and I never received a response for the time of an appointment on 15-FEB-2024. Therefore, I decided that there were already too many red-flags (unanswered phones, unresponsive CHAT, failure to follow up on scheduling via CHAT, and web-site errors attempting to download forms via "First Visit"), and decided to try to find a different dentist.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and for no specific reason. The dentists are great, but there is one dental hygienist who was awful with me. I told her about my anxiety and she was just rude and inconsiderate. I almost told her to forget it and that I'd just go somewhere else. BEWARE…read more I visited the Texas Smile Dental Center located at 2517 S Buckner Blvd Dallas, TX 75227 on March 2025 for a set of dentures that I needed. The initial visit was very pleasant and we were able to agree on a set of dentures and the amount that I would pay for them. Today, 04-23-2026, I returned back due to one front denture tooth breaking in half. Aside from today's denture problem I had previously voiced concern about the lining of the dentures which they seemed to never get right. We must have redone the denture lining at least 3 times to no avail for I continue to have loose dentures up until today. Its been right at a year since I have had these dentures and they have NEVER fit correctly. Now that the material of the dentures seem to have been done of poor quality material I am very concerned that they are falling short of their commitment of what they promised and promote. To have a set of dentures break in half and not fit properly is totally unacceptable. The dentures cost was right under $4,000 and I expected the dentures to last longer, and fit properly for more than a year. Now I am told that it will take 5 to 7 day to get my denture back once it is send in for repair. What's so upsetting is that I had a schedule trip to San Antonio this weekend that I had to cancel due to their poor service. I just want to make sure that anyone looking for a place to get their dentures done or replace to beware of places like this that seem to offer a service and product that they DO NOT deliver. I would NOT recommend this place for your dental needs. I intend to file a complaint to The Better Business Bureau to advice them of the above. Unless you are willing to allow this dental center to talk you into their services I would strongly recommend you to stay away from them. Under no circumstance should you get a root canal done here. After ten visits I finally got…read moreeverything 'done'. I'm already scheduling to have the work redone as there is still pain. I told the dentist the last three times I went in that it was still sensitive even though he had done all the drilling and it should not be hurting. The dentist blamed me for not keeping the area clean and that I took too long to get the crown placed as to why it hurt and the first time I told him he literally said it didn't matter. I also had two fillings re-done here. One will literally need to be re-done as it still has sensitivity. Also the women upfront have no clue how insurance billing works. I had to call my insurance and ask how much I should have paid. Before my last bill I calculated the amount I overpaid and what they were wanting me to pay. I brought in all the math and she still had no idea what I was talking about and finally gave in and said, 'I'll just go with your number'. As if I had pulled it out my ass. They wanted to charge me almost $120 more than what insurance said I was responsible for. Literally a nightmare. I'm out about $1,000 for their crap work that now I have to get fixed and fully re-done elsewhere. I can't express how pissed I am about this. This dr should have his license pulled.

I just let them fix the cavities, so they did the filling in the following week, but the fillings totally failed, I have experienced tooth pain while eating very soft food like veggies, and cold sensitivities for all the teeth done fillings with them, while I didn't have any issues with my any teeth before the fillings done, what's even worse is that the gap in between the teeth is to small and the floss string can't get in, I complaint those issues with Dr. Vazquez and went there for the second visit, she then asked me to bite on a paper with blue and red color and adjusted my bite on one teeth not the other two adjacent teeth and tried to open the gap in between, but because the gap is too small and she didn't check the gap after the filling, it ends up to hurt my teeth with lots of blood, she cheated me to say if things don't go better, I want you to come back. I came back a week later and complained about my tooth pain issues and she started to adjust the bite on that two teeth but still not able to open the gap, so she offered to redo the fillings. There is no reason I should do any filling with such a disqualified dentist that never check bite after filling or the gaps in between the teeth with simple floss, also not mixing the material well that caused sensitivity to me, I asked for the refund for the money I paid to their office so that I can pay out of my pocked to get it fixed in another more qualified dentist, they told me they need to ask their manager but I never got reply.

One filling also seems to be too high or poorly shaped, making it impossible for him to floss between the affected teeth. He returned to the clinic two more times to have the issue corrected, but the pain has still not been resolved. We were also concerned that his bite did not seem to be checked carefully after each filling or adjustment. Dr. Diana later suggested that the fillings might need to be redone. After multiple appointments for the same unresolved problem, this has been frustrating and very time-consuming. My friend requested a refund, but the clinic has continued to delay the process without providing a clear resolution. We hope Soleil Dental will address this matter promptly and fairly. This may violate Texas dental standards of care under 22 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 108, and could support a dental negligence claim under Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 74. Any misleading billing or refund practices may also raise concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code §17.46.
