I can't begin to tell you how honest Dr Hoang is. Many years ago I went to another dentist closer to where I'd moved in Grapevine. Huge mistake. They said I had 2 cavities and were going to charge me like 450.00 (with insurance ) more for the procedure I needed. I came back to him and he was like you don't have any cavities and it's 450.00 less. Wow another dentist was going to harm my teeth for profit shocking. I've been cursed with bad teeth. Been in and out of many dentists chairs in my lifetime. Being a recent transplant to Dallas I needed to find a new dentist, on my 3rd office search I've finally found the 'One'. A couple of Veneers needed rebonding (again) in which case I had no choice but to seek assistance with a new dentist. During these COVID times I was really reluctant on a visit to say the least. My initial call to the office set me at ease. The staff there are friendly and professional. Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was. Unfortunately, I've had this procedure done many times before and I can say Dr. Hoang was a heck of a lot more through and detailed oriented in his approach. I came here on a referral. My first time going to Incredible Dentistry was a very good experience. I was greeted by friendly staff to fill out minimal informs. I did not wait long before Dr Hoang came in to see me. I had cleaning and a crown procedure done. He took time to explained everything to me. Both procedures were painless and did not take long. I have been seeing and referring people to this dentist. I found that he and all of his staff to be very gentle, kind, patient and responsive to my needs as well as others I have been there with. From the negative reviews, you only read one side. There is no comment about the individual's attitude in the interaction. As for me, and my then girlfriend, we both experienced professional behaviors from everyone, and a very compassionate office staff, dentist, et al. I will continue to be a patient of Dr Hoang because of him and his staff. read more

Terrible customer service from the Dentist himself! I literally had to walk out because of how rude the dentists behavior to a first time potential customer was. Do NOT PURCHASE THE YELP DEAL OF $100 CREDIT FOR $75. The "dentist" will not take it for teeth cleaning and nowhere does it say that in the fine print...he totally lied about it while trying to make me look misinformed to my face. 8 previous "reviews" on yelp shoud've been a red flag. Avoid this place at all costs. Response to owner: Explain to a new customer they are receiving an OFFER in the first place and why they can't use the yelp voucher (its called customer service). Instead all I got was "You can't use that its in the print you have to read it" and then walking away. ALSO should've honored the voucher since the receptionists made a mistake and told me that it could be used. Their mistake not mine. Also when they told me the price on the phone it was not termed as a special or offer. It was quoted to me as a flat price. read more

I was highly recommended by a friend to see Dr. Hoang for my bad tooth ache while I was in town for a few days but I was very hesitant because of many bad experiences in the past and I'm so glad I went. He took the time to explained by looking at the X ray that I needed a root canal and educated me on what it is and explains throughly along the procedure. He repeatedly make sure I was comfortable and pain free and believe me I have a few of those experiences that cost me to be extremely nervous going to the dentist. Tuck, I never write reviews, maybe one or two at amazon the last ten years. but Tuck, did a crown or two five years ago and still last, compared to other dentist that last three years or less, I have sent three or four picky friends, who love him. and didnt like their last dentist. I have been having teeth problems since the age of 8. I have seen many dentists since I moved from one country to other and city to city. Dr Hoang is definitely the quickest dentist I have ever seen. What I mean is he focuses on his work when the process starts and only takes care of you until its done. (I saw some other dentists try to handle 3 ppl at the same time.) He is one of the best as well. I had root canals, crowns, fillings with him. Pretty much everything that you need. Unlike other dentists, here in US, he really tells you what you need. Front desk staff is terrible( particularly the old lady who answers the phone) Nobody follows up and doctor hoang messed up on my root canal. I had to go to a specialist to get fixed- please be aware of this there are several other places to go to other than here. read more
