There is absolutely no excuse for making an elderly person feel like they are a burden or that their business is somehow less important because of their age. My grandmother deserved patience, professionalism, and basic human respect. Instead, she was made to feel unwanted and insignificant. If this is how L & H Tax Immigration Services allows elderly clients to be treated, I would never recommend this business to anyone. Completely unacceptable.

The signs outside will say Insurance, Income Tax, etc as they provide different services, but don't worry your in the right place. Sixto is the person that has done my taxes and he is very nice. He will help you along and is very courteous and professional. I make an appointment to make sure I don't need to wait, and it's worked because the wait time is very short and pleasant.
