I asked her for a refund, but was told that the money I paid in advance could not be refunded. I checked the BBB and other platforms and found similar complaints. I do not recommend using this company but if you like to try this company I will strongly recommend you to pay them after tax return is done without any problems. The paid invoice she sent me was for preparation of my taxes- which she never did because I did not send her any paperwork to proceed. I was filing back taxes from the year my father had passed away and I was not in any condition at the time to deal with it. If there were a star for unethical behavior and someone being advantageous during a pandemic, I'd give it to her- five stars in full. I had just moved to Miami and experienced first hand how many people operate here.
