Even if the food was not as good as it was, this is the place you need to have a romantic dinner outside on their patio. There are only about five tables, so I would make arrangements ahead of time. The patio stands above a series of very steep steps that lead down to the shore line below, probably at least 100 feet or more. It feels like a grotto and it is all stone buildings on the way down. Off in the distance is the church, Santa Maria dell' Isola sitting on top of a tall rocky cliff at the end of a peninsula that juts out from the beach. It is all lighted up at night and looks fantastic. Service was very good and the food was delicious. The desserts were scrumptious and the house wine was more than adequate.
