You have to atleast put one star!!!!
I've never felt the need to complain about a company, a store, a restaurant before but my experience in inches was horrendous. I went in to get an eyebrow wax and tint, I had previously lightened my eyebrows (5 months ago) and the dark hairs were coming back, the women, at first was lovely, polite etc she was aware of my bleach before the tint as I explained this was the reason I needed a tint and she agreed they were two tone. The tint went on and off very fast then I was asked various questions about how I lightened etc and she kept saying they were quite dark. After looking in the mirror I realised they were actually black, they looked horrendous the women apologised a few times and quite embarrassed I payed and left. I should of argued more but I was so shocked I just left fast. On my way home I ran into boots to salvage them, I planned to buy a eyebrow pencil or something, I asked a women who worked for benefit her advice and she was horrified by my eyebrows!
She said the skin has lifted and shouldn't of happened to the extent they had. My eyebrows were now red raw and black, the lady at benefit tried to help free of charge, but said my eyes were too raw and sensitive for any product to be applied. She advised me to go back and ask for a refund.
I was told to come back in an hour to speak to the manager. When I did I was pretty much backed into a corner with the two members of staff repeating the same thing "I have 16 years of experience" and "this can happen to anyone" and "you didn't say you had bleached your brows" which I has and as soon as I emphasised I had they women who had applied the tint backed down. I'm so glad I brought a friend as i was rarely able to get a word in as they were constantly repeating the same thing. Refusing to give me a refund I walked out upset.
As a student beauty treatments are very much a treat, I was going out that night, and wanted to treat myself. But rather than feeling spoilt I felt humiliated and upset about how I was treat by the staff after being unhappy with the service, myself and all my university friends, some of which have been a few times will not be going back to inches again. read more
