Left car in the morning and was given a lift to work and later, when the work was completed, my car was dropped back at work for me. Great communication, always receive a call to update me when the service has been completed. Staff friendly and really helpful, they always deliver what they say they are going to do. Alan, the Service Department Manager, is lovely and the Parts Department is also very helpful. The silver valet is very good value at £19.

I believe most of the positive reviews are fake or the result of bribery. the reviews on indeed from former employees make sad reading and almost make you feel sorry for the sales "execs". to top off my experience I witnessed poor data protection with other peoples finance agreements left in plain sight. a truely horrifying experience

On inspecting the vehicle, I found an issue and Aga, the sales person was very kind to arrange test drive on another vehicle fairly similar to the first one. So far, so good. Test drive went ok and we were onto discussing finance and terms. Aga suggested the extended warranty, I refused it and she was fine with it initially. Few minutes later, the Sales manager comes in (think Jordan was his name). He was insistent that we take the £700 extended warranty and refused to sell the vehicle without it. All this for a vehicle which had 3 months of manufacturer's warranty left ! We walked away from the sale at this point. This is a clear case of dishonest sales practice. It is the customer's choice whether to take any of the additional services that you offer. It seems they bait people into buying the car on reduced sticker prices and then pulls out of the sale without expensive addons. Shame on you Sascron !!

Stopped to browse as you do and wasn't pounced on like some garages their cars have full description in the window so didn't have to ask anyone for mileage, spec etc (not seen that before).. But a costly browse as I spotted a Pug convertible that I knew my wife would love (and love me for buying it....) A fair deal, new MOT and service thrown in without hassle or asking, they even got the road tax for me at cost. A first in my car buying expereince. I left them poorer but didn't feel robbed as 1 or 2 car purchases I've made before and suffered afterwards. Thanks lads will recommend to all my friends and family its just a shame your located so far from Sussex.

We knew this, we knew also that they were hugely practical. What we disn't expect was to go to a dealship who reinforced the ugliness of the car and the purchasing experience over its potential practicality. 1. We rang up asking for a diesel to a budget. Sure we've got one in, low mileage they said. 2. We turn up to have a look. - problem 1, its not a diesel - problem 2, its not low mileage - problem 3, they didn't even bother to clean it - problem 4, it was ridiculously over priced, way over book price let alone our budget So, someone was having a bad day, perhaps miscommunication? I kept up hope, told them politely it wasn't what I was looking for, left my details so they could ring me when they found a decent one and resolved to keep a check on their forecourt over the coming weeks. Cynical me you may think, I admit, I'm suspicious of large dealerships (see my Mill Lane post). In this case, unfortunately, the cynicism was well founded. I had no calls about more suitable cars, and the one we'd been shown stayed on their forecourt for several months at the same inflated price until, until finally, someone had the common sense to cut the price by around 40%. We still didn't buy it though.

We had our hands bitten off by a dodgy car dealer with our previous car, so we were apprehensive purchasing our current car. We were soon put at ease by Jonathan's friendly attitude and were pleasantly surprised by his dedication to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He listened to what we had to say and was very approachable and sincere. He gave us a good trade in on our old car and even showed us the on-line valuation so that we knew we were getting a fair price. Jonathan even arranged to have our new car MOT'd on a Sunday so that we could drive it back to Wales after the weekend. Fantastic 110% service!

Despite looking at the Sat Nav a new harness needed to be ordered from Germany - I am still waiting over two months for the part to arrive. Just not good enough J Davy for the £10K I have spent purchasing this car. I have no faith in the Network Q guarantee - useless. No customer service offer to put things right.
