Takes half an hour to drop your car off which is absolutely unecessary, but otherwise it's a good dealer.

Lucky escape for us - AVOID AVOID, please do not use this company. They do not tell you how much…read moreany 'extras' are going to cost you till you sit down to do the paperwork. WARRANTY is not an option you must buy it or they won't sell you a car. Added extras £2,000 which was a complete shock not optional extras as they advertise. Very unhappy and would not recommend Sascron." We walked away and so glad we did. REPORT this company to trading standards they can not keep doing this to everyone."

To start with the buying experience all seemed to go well. The salesmen were chatty, a bit pushy…read morebut generally OK. Things started being a bit odd when I told them I would be paying in cash. They really pushed the car finance and were adamant that I should get the finance. No matter how much I declined. I had to go into my own financial details to stop the pushing for finance. Even at the point of sale where we were bargaining (because they add admin fees and FORCE you to pay for warranty) they tried to get me to take the finance to pay the difference. I was informed that the car would be sold all up to date, full history and ready to go. We noted a few things there were issues with that needed sorting and were advised this would be done. I went away and paid. On collection I was told that the car had its MOT and had new disks and pads placed. Fab. No reason to think they hadn't serviced it given I was led to believe this would be the case. I signed the paperwork, the PDI which was essentially a list of things we said needed doing and had been done. This didn't include anything about the MOT, so I didn't expect it to include anything about the service. When I got home I realised the service light was pinging on the car, checked the service book and nothing was in there. I also realised that the cambelt hadn't been done despite being overdue. Upon then checking the warranty policy (which I was made to buy, I was told I couldn't have the car without it and I had to contact the warranty company for a policy booklet) I realised the warranty is actually null and void! I emailed customer services, who by the way, have no direct line, to ask why the service book hadn't been signed. They initially informed me that the service had been done but the light hadn't been turned off and book hadn't been signed. They advised they would contact the workshop and get this sorted. This was the last I heard for a week, once I started pushing I found out they had advised me incorrectly. They then informed me that they don't do services or cambelts and wouldn't be sorting it out. I've had to take this to Citizens Advice Bureau and Trading Standards as they advise this company is in the wrong. The company are denying all claims and refusing to pay for service or refund the warranty that is basically worthless. TLDR: 1) Super pushy on finance 2) force you to pay for warranty 3) lead you to believe work would be done 4) refuse to admit or pay for this work. GO ELSEWHERE
