From my panic call to his reception at 9.30 am in the morning to leaving his garage later that same day the service I received was first class. My telephone enquiry was dealt with speedily and on my arrival a few hours later (I dont live particularly close) I was greeted by someone in the know and was able to leave my car for inspection regarding the problem.
