History

Established in 2013.

Abbey Sprays LTD is a family run car body repair centre in Romsey. We specialise in all types of body repair, from the simple unsightly scratch or dent to a full accident repair for insurance companies. Abbey Sprays was established in 2012, having taken over from an established bodyshop. Our experience has mostly come through main dealerships such as Mitchells-Vauxhall, Rayco-Ford, Hendy-Ford. We are also happy to diversify painting such items as Kitchen door fronts, household radiators and metal garden furniture to a colour to suit your needs, an example of which can be seen on display in our workshop. Since 2012 the company has continued to grow by offering a personal service with guaranteed quality workmanship.

Meet the Business Owner: David W.

David is a local Romsey resident who previously managed the well established Ford Bodyshop that was based in Romsey. Unfortunately in 2012, the decision was made to shut down the entire Ford site leaving David with a decision to move onto another company or set up his own shop. In 2013 he decided to set up AbbeySprays out of a rented unit with the business moving from strength to strength. He can now boast a family run business, that only employs local staff, maintaining a community feel to its walls.
