I now know this was not neccessary as three of the other tyres had a significant amount of tread on them but I felt rather pushed into it. The work was extremely quick and I was in and out very quickly. Unfortunately it was not long before I realised the car did not feel right, I took it back and realised one of the tyres had not been finished correctly and needed adjusting and such - I feel they are in so much of a hurry and under so much pressure to get as much work from you as they can, that the care is not really there and this impinges on the quality of work done

I found that the ability to test drive is pretty much unlimited and encouraged to give the customer the best opinion of the choice they have. And believe me when I say: there is a lot of choice! The facility is very modern and holds a huge stock of upmarket cars. There probably isn't much held by Imperial that's under four and a half grand. All car stock is RAC tested mechanically and is valeted to great standard before handover. It gives you a great sense of quality in what you're purchasing. I'd highly recommend these guys. You pay perhaps slightly more than you would elsewhere, but service is brilliant, all cars are at a very high standard, and you will find yourself not wanting to buy elsewhere once you've visited!
