From my panic call to his reception at 9.30 am in the morning to leaving his garage later that same day the service I received was first class. My telephone enquiry was dealt with speedily and on my arrival a few hours later (I dont live particularly close) I was greeted by someone in the know and was able to leave my car for inspection regarding the problem. I spent an hour or so enjoying lunch in town to then receive a call with both an update and a time to pick up my car. The cost, time and service were outstanding! I would thoroughly recommend this team, they are all very friendly and certainly the impression I got watching them speaking with other customers is that this level of customer service is the norm, how lucky for us all. They missed out the bumper completely. .( which had been ok'ed with the insurance company. ). The manger argued with me over this fact. I do not go to pick my car up to have an argument. Unsympathetic & careless staff. It still has the damage on it. Avoid this company that can not even match in & repair. 2 weeks with the car & still not got it done. Poor quality of staff service towards customer & shoddy work standard. Do Not Even Use As Your Last Choice.
