I purchased a 2015 Vauxual Insignia Ecoflex and it had it's Network Q but when I received the vehicle the steering was out and the tracking needed doing, the carpet trim in the boot was coming away from the edging and the sat nav was not working. Despite looking at the Sat Nav a new harness needed to be ordered from Germany - I am still waiting over two months for the part to arrive. Just not good enough J Davy for the £10K I have spent purchasing this car.
I have no faith in the Network Q guarantee - useless. No customer service offer to put things right. read more
It was a shame that when I visited J Davy to buy a new car earlier this year I was so put off by the experience. Would rather not say why online, but needless to say it offended me so much that I went to another Ford dealer in another town. Very sorry guys! read more

Holly dealt with us in sales, she soon put me at ease as I was very nervous, a very non pushy sale from a lovely lady, she cones highly recommended and is the reason we purchased our new astra from them, we have always had Ford but they seemed disinterested whch was disappointing, however Holly made up for all of that and we have a better car for less money. read more
