I booked an appointment for the Inner Reset Circuit. The float therapy pods aren't working so the Red Light Therapy was offered as a substitute. I was welcomed upon entry and completed a "before my session" survey. They compare this number with how you feel at the end of the session. This was an impulse Groupon purchase for a float session but I might be hooked and I definitely want to check out some of their other services. Thankfully the place was very clean and I was comfortable that floating was sanitary. My only complaint is that the only bathroom is right next to the reception area, talk about lack of privacy. Each float room has a shower and a small bench for changing. I walked out totally relaxed and the hour flew by. They also have a separate room where you can blow dry your hair and re apply yuour makeup. I felt very welcome by Mystique who explained so much of the science behind floating, Neuro Optimal brain training and the Magnesphere. In fact I was so impressed with her, I booked a lympnode massage for next Sunday. The girl must be training her brain because she had a lot of great info to share. read more

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the experience. The offer three therapies: floatations, magnetic and brain training. I went with the magnetic therapy. You go into a space ages room all decked out in white. You sit down in a large and comfortable black leather chairs under a giant white metal structure. The structure contains large copper coils and emits low level magnetic fields. I did appreciate the styling as it does add to the overall experience. It a mix of cool and new age. I was checked in by the pleasant staff member and referred to as a patient (which I thought was silly at the time but changed my tune after the session was completed). She set the program on the nearby computer and had me hand over my phone and watch. It is super important to not take your electronics back there with you as the magnet can seriously damage it. The experience while in the chair was really relaxing. I didn't know what to expect and it wasn't until about 10 minutes in that I really started to feel different. I felt thingy and weighted this intensified slightly and then leveled off. I never felt uncomfortable at any time during the session. I meditated, starred at the walls and fell asleep during my 60 minute session. When it was over the tingling and weight went away and I came back to normal. I was really relaxed and tired after but I felt good. I wish I would have not had anything planned for the rest of the day or at least booked it later in the day because you definitely need a nap afterwards and I did have a very slight headache after my session. I waited a few days to write my review to see if i felt any noticeable difference. I feel better and some of the areas I was struggling with especially my knees have been feeling better ever since. I would definitely do this again. It's a pretty pricey experience at $75 a session but if you go through groupon like I did it's only $36.70 and for me it was well worth it. read more

I was honestly apprehensive, skeptical, and somewhat afraid when I read about the services at Inception. That fear was released upon entry of this facility, as I was greeted by Jamison. Not only was he friendly and professional, he was knowledgeable. He gave me a better understanding of what to get out of this experience. I've wanted to experience this facility for a few years and finally made plans to do so while visiting the area from out of town in June 2023. A few days prior to my appointment, I received communication that the circuits I had booked were down and that I could experience the other circuits. Being that the other circuits were not of interest, I immediately requested a refund. Fast forward three weeks later, I struggled to reach anyone by email and phone call as a follow-up and acknowledgment to my refund request. Finally "someone" responded by text to say that their accounting dept would post a refund in 7-10 business days. Now seven weeks later, still no refund and no response to my follow-up inquiries....very disappointed in what seemed to be a well-established and acclaimed practice to lack in its back office organization and structure. First off, I experienced a whole anxiety attack from the time Scheduled my appointment! I then missed my turn, in turn causing my attack to intensify. After watching testimonial videos I was ready to do the work... Omgeez! My experience was super incredible. My mind Always has way to many things going on, making it hard to concentrate or focus. I didn't even think it was possible to calm my mind or my body because I've found it so difficult to meditate alone. Well... "Inception" offers you a place and the space to do just that. I'm writing this review after leaving the facility about 10 minutes ago and I can't even describe to you the calm that has come over my body and mind. I've already scheduled my next FLOAT! My mother and I experienced the NeuroOptimal therapies. Additionally, I tried the floating therapy. As a whole, Inception is clean, organized and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. For instance, we learned the purpose and science behind each therapy model. The therapies I experienced were comfortable, innovative and relaxing. Specifically, I enjoyed the privacy, complimentary ear plugs and warm towels. It's clear significant research and passion went into the design of Inception. I have wanted to try a float session for a few months now, and I finally pulled the trigger and bought a Groupon for Inception. I wanted to love float therapy SO MUCH...but I found much to be desired. I waited a week before writing the review, and here's where I'm at with it: The place is very new and clean. Set back from the street, it provides a nice level of privacy. The receptionist who checked me in was very kind, and explained all of the different services Inception has to offer, such as magnetic stimulation, and neuro optimal brain training. She showed me the room/chair where the stimulation was done - it looked almost EXACTLY like a room in a movie where the bad guys strap you down and erase your mind. It was stark white, with a large leather chair that was surrounded by a clear glass sphere. I'm not gonna lie, I totally got weirded out in that room. Then she took me to my float room. The room itself is very small - there is a small bench to put your clothes, a small shower, and the float tub, which is partitioned off by a glass door. The float tub room is VERY small - it's on an angle, so you cannot really stand up in it. The receptionist explained that I was to shower first to remove lotions/oils, and then enter the tub. I was given earplugs to help with the experience (they recommend no sound/light to get the true weightless experience). While showering, the lights went out. Completely. I didn't see that the lights shut themselves off automatically until after my second shower (it's posted on the wall). I opened the curtain and they came back on, no problem. So then I entered the tub. It was the perfect temperature - not too cold, not too hot. I put in the earplugs, turned off the lights, and got to relaxing...for about 5 minutes, and then I had a horrible panic attack. I had gotten turned around somehow while floating, and I wasn't able to orient myself in the dark. I sat myself up and calmed down and reminded myself that I was paying for this experience. For me, part of the problem is that the air is the same temp as the water, which is the same temp as your body...hence the weightlessness feeling - or for me, I felt like I couldn't breathe AT ALL. I popped open the door of the tub and once the cool air came in the room, it helped tremendously. After opening the door I just hung out and floated in there for the rest of my time. Also, I didn't think to remove my makeup...and with the hot, salt filled room, my eyes started watering something fierce...which meant mascara all over my cheeks. They have a bottle of non-salty water to spray your face with, and I made liberal use of that, after getting salt water in my eyes (spoiler alert: it burns like hell). I was never offered/shown the post float room to fix my hair and makeup; I just drove home wet headed and kind of spaced out. It wasn't awful...it was a clean place, the receptionist was friendly, and I definitely feel like I got a legit experience. However, it wasn't the relaxing experience that I was hoping for. I have trouble shutting my brain down, so if you're anxious (or claustrophobic, which apparently I am a little), this might not be the best experience for you. Plus the other brain training and magnetic treatment they offer are a little Dr. Evil-ish for me. I don't think I'd go back. read more

Inception is one of the new and upcoming type of health places that offers a variety of services such as floatation therapy, neuroptimal brain training, magnesphere, arx, and whole body vibration. I"ve been looking for new things to help me clear my mind and see different things in a different light, and after a 90 minute sensory deprivation float... I have to say that it was a very interesting time. They provide everything you need for before your float, including a shower before and after, and even give you the opportunity to listen to music while you float. If I could recommend, don't listen to music during your float. It will cause you to focus on the music more than anything. It is a great place to get lost in your thoughts, and it is also a great place to completely clear your mind. The facilities are spectacularly clean, all of the staff were very professional, and I cannot wait to go back. Highly recommended... at least from my perspective! :) read more

Inception surpassed my expectations! I have never seen a float spa like this. Not only do they have multiple float rooms which are super cool, they have a Magnesphere and Neuro Optimal Brain Training. Doing all these separate or combined is powerful either way. I Always leave inception relaxed and at Home. Love the staff and love the environment. I've been to all the float spas around the area and by far I can't recommend this place enough. read more

I can't speak to as whether this really helps chronic pain, depression, or anxiety as it claims because I do not suffer from any of those. I went purely just to experience it and there was a groupon. I'm pretty sure I feel asleep (it's really hard to tell in there). When you start, they run jets in the pool for a few minutes and those are annoying and cause you to bump all around into the walls. Did the flotation tank, tank was more like a walk in tub, did not look like picture, smelled like sweaty socks, had dirt on floor of tank, and at the end when throwing away my ear plugs I saw there was pad wrappers in trash so someone before me was currently bleeding while in tub. This place is amazing and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. My favorites are the float tank and the magnosphere. It took getting used to a couple times but after that was able to relax and enjoy. Felt like I was miles away from everything. read more

What a rip off. Went once for the brain traing and recently for the float therapy. Both times I went the staff was not able to answer my questions and seemed unsure of what they were doing. During the brain training I asked at the end if I could see the graph of my brain(which they weren't offering) they showed me and I asked what the colors meant and the symmetry of the lines. I don't know. A coworker of mine is looking it up on her own. The company doesn't tell you? So I emailed the company. Never have received a response. Then I went for the float therapy. The lady told me how to work the lights and the music. Well the lights went out before I was done rinsing off before I got in the tub. I had to figure out where to go and how to turn the lights on in the dark, unsafe. She never mentioned the motion sensor lights and I had to turn them on by waving my hand outside the shower. Then when I'm finally in the tub, it didn't seem that hot. It's supposed to be 95 degrees. Oh, and the music didn't work. It felt like a bath after awhile when the water starts to get lukewarm /chilly to the skin not submerged. I got out before the hour was up to heat up in the shower. I went to the reception desk and the woman after I mentioned the music not working, said "yes it isn't working in that room". So you told me how to work the music knowing I couldn't use it? I said well that would of been nice to know before hand. I would of rescheduled or should of been given another option. I told her the water was cold. "We'll the sensor says it's 95 degrees". Yes well that is broken as well, because I wouldn't get cold in 95 degrees. That was part of the whole therapy for me. The heat! "We'll tell the technician when he comes to fix the music." That doesn't help me. NO offer to have me come back again or anything. If I had paid full price , I would be PISSED. I'm still pissed. There are other floating therapy places that offer the same offer for 1/2 their price of a whopping $75! Terrible service! No answers about anything! All that says is CON B.S. Go elsewhere! read more
