Really delicious authentic Peruvian food. Make this a restaurant to stop at during you're stay at Key West

Simply great food. We made reservations on a Saturday evening (25Sept16) and even speaking to the lady on the phone we a nice experience....We had Ceviche de pescado classico, Lomo salato de carne, Tallarin salato de carne (surprisingly delicious!) and Lomo salato de mariscos. Quiet, clean and very friendly. We love Ceviche and this was our first visit to Incas....so happy to find this great authentic food. We even returned tonight....but alas, they're closed on Sundays....maybe tomorrow! read more

Amazing food. We got the jalea de mariscos. My ten year old daughter loved it along with the side of rice we ordered. Amazing food!

The food was good but they messed up my order. I don't speak Spanish and described to the guy what I wanted. He told me the name so I ordered what he said. However when the food was delivered it wasn't want I wanted or described at all. My mom's rice was good though she was nice enough to split that with me. read more

I'd you want to define the worst restaurant it would be this one. At first they seem nice but they were hiding the fact that there restaurant was literally trash. After waiting ages we got our soup which was just a very, very small spoiled green soup. All of the ingredients that were involved in this was either undercooked or plain inedible. The spaghetti that had a Peruvian sauce looked and tasted like they either took it out of a bag or was the scraps of another customer's food.They also never gave us refills on water! When our last meal came for one of our friends the rice was just utterly disgusting and tasted like it was cooked 3 days ago. We ask to speak to the manager but he never came to speak with his own customers. The worst part of it all they expect you to pay a really high price for food that they took out of the garbage. Out waitress never ask us if our food was good and when we ask that we don't pay for one of the plenty disgusting dishes all she said was "Ok Ok just pay 30$ and bu bai." If anyone ever goes to this restaurant you should instantly get out of there so you don't get rob of your taste bugs and money. read more

We went to Incas for the first time tonight (we live in the hood) and had a great dinner! My favorite was the beans and rice but the beef was delicious. The service was great and the staff made us feel like part of the family. Enjoy! read more

Food was just OK. Ambiance left much to be desired. Sangria was horrible, wine mixed with grape juice and canned fruit. Ordered the lomo saltado de carne which was good, but over heard people saying that the seafood was a bit chewy. read more

-An absolute must in Key West- My family and I had stopped in during vacation over Thanksgiving. Though I don't remember my dish exactly, I know I had ceviche and it was phenomenal. We all had a different dish and we're the type to sample each other's orders. The sangria is the best you'll have. I was so impressed with the burst of flavor I had with ALL that I tried. The service was very enjoyable, the food was incredible, and the price was just right. It was the first place we went to eat and it set the tone for a wonderful vacation. This Peruvian restaurant is a little gem tucked into the neighbourhoods a few minutes' walk from Duval Street. We had dinner here after a day trip to Dry Tortugas National Park (also well worth a visit) and both of our meals (seafood paella and lomo saltado de carne) were excellent. Extremely good value. Great host! He suggested menu items since we had no clue what any of it meant! The spicy sauce with the popped corn at the beginning was delish! Guys at the bar raved about the ceviche. I choose not to eat meat and 'the man' said he would make something special for me. Even if it wasn't, I'm sure it was though, it felt special and was exotically flavorful. read more

We were visiting from Nashville, and in Key West for 5 days. We love trying new restaurants and different dishes. Incas was the by far the best restaurant that we had found because of the freshness and depth of flavor in the meals. This was our first time having Peruvian food and thanks to Guilianna and Chrisopher we had an awesome experience. I would very highly recommend Incas to anyone wanting to try authentic Peruvian food. read more

Although not everything was perfect, we left full and happy...thanks to the excellent service from the host/waiter/owner. It's a little place, nothing fancy, but the service is better than most places and the ceviche was outstanding! We tried the shrimp ceviche and the Peruvian Beef dish. Everything was really delicious except for the very overcooked dry beef - which for me was not edible. It may be a cultural thing, who knows? I'm used to medium rare and this beef was well, well done. Next time I'll ask that question. On our way out we became intrigued by some unlabeled bottles of purple liquid. Our amazing host offered us samples of the drink, made from purple corn, that were delicious! Definitely worth the stop. .and the price was right! read more

I love Peruvian food and I think I would die for it. well here we are at the Incas restaurant, I took with me four friends and as a good Peruvian guy I recommend them first the ceviche wich was very fresh and tasty then we try the papa a la huancaina I just remembered my mom when a try it. the arroz con mariscos was very tasty and exceeded my expectations for my first time trying Peruvian food!.( that was my friend comment) the service was excellent Juliana was very friendly and even explain to my friends everything about Peruvian food.so beautiful people if you have the chance to go to key west don't forget to try the excellent Peruvian food the Incas restaurant has for you. read more

My wife & two young sons love the Peruvian Fried Rice. When they're home from college they always want to get a plate to go! Looking at all the 4-5 stars reviews this small mom & pop place has done well for it. Did see one less than perfect review-can't please everyone I guess. My cuban palette loves it! read more

My family and I love the food at Incas Restaurant. There isn't any other place to get this type of cuisine and it is soooo delicious. Warning: once you have it and discover your favorite dish (mine is Lomo Saltado) you will develop cravings for more! LOL I recommend that you stop by and discover this little gem. read more

I was randomly walking around Key West and stumbled on this place. It has amazing atmosphere and a charming way about it. I sat down with a friend around 8:30p and our server was absolutely great in helping us choose dinner. Went on a Friday night and the place was jumping. The interior decor is minimal but works. There is a big tv playing Peruvian music and programs. The menu is all Peruvian. We had the ceviche and some yucca both were very good. They had two types of Peruvian beer. The staff is very friendly. The prices were very reasonable, so much so, that I asked if we were charged enough. This is a nice addition to the dining scene in Key West. read more

Friendly service and the food is hot and fresh. Came to key west for one day and I stumbled upon this place while driving back. I'm glad I didn't go to the basic restaurants near Duvel street, which are common tourist traps. this place may look like a hole in the wall, but it is very clean kept inside. Nice people and quaint setting, but the food was really bad. The ceviche seemed strange, and I thought perhaps the seafood came from the freezer because the texture was weird and mushy, not like fresh fish should feel it taste. The other dishes we ordered were mediocre at best. We also had yucca, which was bland and the dipping sauces were "okay". Then we ordered seafood with cilantro and rice, which was okay but not fresh tasting. We left 95% of our ordered food on the table uneaten. The wine and sangria were good. Delicious flavorful dishes, comfort food, home style flair. Our family of 4 sampled the yucca fries and ceviche mixto for apps, and shared the saltado beef dish, the fried seafood dish and the peruvian-style paella/ fried rice with seafood (this one was my favorite). The fried rice had a complex slightly smoky spiced flavor, which I loved, possibly from the saffron and smoked paprika? The ceviche was excellent and fresh, citrusy and well flavored with red onion. For dessert, the flan was a generous wedge of creamy smooth caramel-y lusciousness. The homemade ice cream was 3 small scoops, rich dulce de leche-flavored. Prices are very reasonable - $15 ish for entrees. Note that a 15% tip was added to our bill, although the menu does not say they do this. We normally tip 20% for good service, so the amount wasn't a problem - just that it wasn't clearly identified on the bill; If we didn't check the numbers and ask about the charge, we could've unknowingly tipped on top of the tip. read more

Stopped in for lunch while on vacation. The food, the service, the owner, everything about this place was fantastic. The prior night we went to a very upscale trendy restaurant that was about $100 for two people. Incas blew them out of the water and for way less. Really authentic food and you can tell they really care about the food they make. Will definitely be visiting again before we go read more
