New Kitchen and half bath granite countertops, March 2021…read more They earn this 5-star rating because they all seem to want to do quality work! From Andrew in sales, the front desk team and billing, Doug doing laser measuring to Ivan, Justin and Shawn doing the installation. Like any remodel, you find challenges and this team was able to solve them with ease. HIGHLY recommend them! When you do your research, look at how many 5-stars this company has. We were updating our kitchen and a half bath. I found their pricing easy to understand and I felt they were fair and easy to make changes. Their bid included plumbing so it was one stop service. We purchased the new sink and faucet and they were in charge of the installation. Once we decided to hire RockSmith, it was fairly easy to work with them. Go to MSI Surfaces and select our slabs and tag them to us and RockSmith. Once this is done, we scheduled a time for RockSmith to come and do laser measuring. (THIS IS AWESOME). This followed by going to RockSmith to pick a specific area we wanted to be the peninsula. Billing was easy. Go to https://www.rocksmithgranite.com and pay online or call and they can take a credit card. As I learned more about this team, I learned that many use to work at Inspiration Design and all left for the same reasons.

We have now emailed the agency for the third time to find out what is going on. It's incredibly frustrating that Re/Max employs such an incredibly unreliable individual (or service, not sure) to handle repairs, when obviously that service person/company has absolutely no concern with timely repairs or service. At the end of the week, if we find ourselves still waiting on this repair, I will be contacting the state landlord/tenant association for help with further actions to resolve this issue.

We talked to a few contractors, but Mark from Roncor was the first sales person who made us feel like someone could be as excited as we were to actually do the project. From the initial phases of designing the house with Tom and Mark and seeing what it might look like with their software, to the actual building of the house itself with Kevin and Will on the main build team and all the subcontractors they used, we were nothing but pleased. We knew exactly what we were getting and what it would cost, nothing was done without our OK, and for those few problems which arose they were dealt with immediately with Roncor accepting full responsibility for any difficulties. Everyone with whom we worked was wonderful, and obviously cared about our project. We now have a new kitchen, downstairs play area work room, master bedroom, master bathroom, guest/boys bathroom, and boys bedroom. Not a single room in our house was left untouched. And we love it all! At the end of the project, we asked the guys involved to sign the wall on the inside of our front closet because that's what artists do when they complete their work - they sign it. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a hassle-free construction job well done, call these guys!
