I had been going to get my eyebrows done by Pinky and she has always done a great job. Today I went to see her to have a pedicure and manicure done. She was very nice and polite as usual and she did the sns on my natural nails. They came out looking fabulous. She did a great job with my pedicure and I am well pleased. Ombre and the woman did an amazing job. Most places in Statesboro either mess ombre up or will not do it since it is more difficult. This is my new place and will be going back! The salon is under new management and I was unaware of this when my daughter asked to go here last Wednesday for our mommy daughter pampering day. I had not been there in over a year and I must say that the establishment has went down tremendously. On last Wednesday I was completely unsatisfied with everything! The atmosphere was dead, there weren't many workers, only 5 other customers besides my daughter and myself- and we waited for quite a while, and the new owner is very full of himself. I am aware that prices have elevated slightly because of the shortages due to COVID but not this much. The usual princess package used to be $30 for gel polish on natural nails with a pedicure. I was charged $35 for my daughter's pedicure and $18 for her nails to be polished and she's 8 years old! The man that did my nails was very pleasant and the young lady that did my daughter's service was as well but we will not be returning customers. read more

I'm not the one for leaving negative reviews but I wanted to announce my experience here. Today was my second time at the salon. I got a new set & a pedicure which was $107 total. The pedicure was extremely mediocre. Victoria soaked my feet, scrubbed my feet, did a small trimming & filing to my toes, French tip with gel polish & a rub of oil on my legs & feet before ending with a hot towel. This is where I'm confused & disappointed... Every time I've ever had a pedicure, a massage is included. A massage focusing on my chins, calves & feet. I didn't get even the smallest bit of a massage today which is the most exciting part, in my opinion. However, Victoria was extremely friendly & outgoing! Just disappointed in her type of pedicure. After my pedicure followed my new set of nails with Bo. I told her I wanted to soak my current set off as I have weak & brittle natural nails. As soon as I handed my hand over to her, she tried to pop them off with a nail tip. I pulled my hand back & told her I want to soak them off because it's less painful. She looked confused as if I was asking too much of her. Weird... Removing nails with plastic tips is not the correct way to do so. Fast forward to checking out, I was told it was $107, that's fine but why is it this price I asked. The lady who did my nails, Bo, said my new set of French tip nails was $60 & $47 for the pedicure. I asked why the pedicure was $47 as it wasn't even a basic pedicure, she told me it's because I got French tip nails which really makes no sense to me... I told her how I don't agree with that price being the pedicure didn't include a massage of any sort & then was told they don't reduce the price for their services. Ok, I will not return here & will be sure to let my friends & family know this is how they operate. Don't recommend going here for anything, especially sns. This is one week of having my sns nails done. I usually get sns because they last forever but this was the worst job I've ever gotten!! Within 24 hours they cracked up and started falling apart. Tony who did my nails was a great taker but that's all he did and did an awful job. Just to do the nails and dip them took an hour, didn't even push back my cuticles or do any of the extra stuff. I kept telling him what I wanted and after he did it he kept saying "you know this is extra" after he's already done it. $50 for a set that took way to long for just the polish and also stupid expensive for the quality. I've never had sns chip off my nails before or even just crack and fall apart. I've had way too many bad experiences here and I'm definitely staying away this time. read more

During this visit I got a full set and a pedicure. The staff was very friendly and seem to have quite a few regulars which is a good sign. I was in a chair within five minutes of walking in, mind you it was a Tuesday around 12. The staff was fast and very detail oriented. The prices as well are not bad, I asked for a design on all of my nails and they were only $15 extra. My total visit was $95, this included a pedicure that was gel, a full set, with gel, and with a design on all of my fingernails. Definitely recommend if your looking for somewhere quick, but quality! read more

I waited an hour and a half when it wasn't very busy. Very dirty salon. there was nail dust everywhere and toenail clippings in the foot bath. the towels they used were old and stained and smelled like mildew. they started the water 45 minutes before even servicing me so i sat in cold water. the lady was very abrasive and quick and skipped a few steps. she was very rough with the cuticle care and filed away at my nails without asking the shape. (i wanted square, but she did rounded) all in all the pedicure took 10 minutes which is very rushed. when she did the hot towels at the end she burned my ankle. i called immediately after asking for a refund and was told to come in tomorrow. i did. and waited an extra 15 minutes to be spoken to. he then told me they don't do refunds and i could get a redo but it had to be within the week. i find it pointless since i am only getting the polish redone. very upset with this place! read more

Terrible experience for me as a parent of college daughter... $120 later... daughter had SNS and pedicure and I had a manicure on my natural nails. My daughter wanted hearts on her nails and asked if her technician could paint them and he responded yes. My daughter told him if he couldn't, she would choose something else. After 10 dips plus a top and base coat, her nails were so thick. He told her to let them dry under the lamp. SNS under a lamp??? He went And took a smoke break. When finished, he pulled out heart stickers after he said he could paint. Then the next day, the stickers were peeling off. For her pedicure, it was quick and only rubbed her a few minutes with oil and painted her nails and didn't put top coat on. For me, Technician never soaked cuticles, only pushed back and cut. Then hands rubbed 2 minutes maybe with oil and then painted. It is utterly ridiculous to charge these prices and receive this service. Will never be back and my daughter will not either. The salon knows there are few places for college girls to go and they are being taken advantage of... Shame on you people at i nails!!!! Dissatisfied parent read more

I've been to just about every nail salon in the Boro; iNails is the best by far. They have great customer service, are very thorough and have a nice spectrum of nail colors in gel and regular polish. They do not rush through your nail service, I would advise that you make an appointment if you're in a rush. After 5 years I've found a nail salon that is consistent with great service. My first visit to this particular nail shop. My friend and I went in together for pedicures. I have never been more insulted when I'm the one paying for a service. The gentleman who did my pedicure was polite enough and he did a good job on my feet however the woman who did my friends pedicure could not have been more rude to me. She continued to comment on me needing to "scrub" my feet more. 1st of all she wasn't my pedicurist. 2nd I'm paying for a service where YOU scrub my feet. Regardless what my feet may have looked like you NEVER insult a customer especially if you want them to continue coming to your facility. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I started going here when I first moved to statesboro in August and I never had any major problems other than my acrylics were always a little bumpy and uneven. Well, around the end of October I got acrylics once again and about a week later one of them cracked so I decided to go and get them all taken off to give my nails a test. I went in, and instead of soaking my basically new acrylics off of my real nails, the lady grabbed a fake nail and shoved it between my acrylics and my real nail causing extreme pain as she was basically ripping them from my nail beds. I told her multiple times that she was hurting me, assuming that she would start to soak them but no, she kept going. She even cut through my real nail to my nail bed making me bleed which could easily have caused an infection. I have attached pictures of two of my nails for reference of what they looked like when I walked out. I ended up standing up, with tears in my eyes from how much pain I was in and telling them how ridiculous their treatment of me was. I was told by a different nail tech that I wouldn't be allowed to get acrylics on again for SIX months because of what they did here at iNails. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE!! Please, take your business to Annie's right down the street, they are amazing. read more

This is my go to place to get my nails done and eyebrows threaded. Pinky is the best at eyebrow threading anyways they now charge $15 for it (pretty pricey for me since I'm use to is being $8 in Gwinnett) but it is worth it she remembers exactly how you like your eyebrows and never makes them too thin (unless you want them that way). I usually get my nails done here too and it has always be amazing. Even if I smudge it leaving the store they will happily fix it for me without hesitation. Arrived to get a gel polish change on both my hands and feet. I was assigned to a guy that seemed so disinterested in servicing me that I immediately felt unwelcome. He didn't engage in any conversation (I suppose because of language barrier). The execution of the polish work was less than satisfactory. I was left with streaks in the polish where you could clearly see my natural toe peek through. He only left the LED light on for about 15 seconds before applying the next coat (generally a full 60 seconds is standard) . The polish was NOT dry and not even 24 hours later the polish smudged and there's almost no shine. I will not be coming back. read more

I went in to get acrylic nails before I went to formal expecting them to be done in an hour (all other nail salons I've been to finish around that time) and I was there between an hour and a half and 2 hours. I would understand if they looked great, but half of them were crooked, some flared out/were thicker at the end, the acrylic part is still under my nails and she used way too much which made them thick, and the girl cut my fingers in 2 different places and made 1 bleed with a file.
