I get it. It's on Hollywood Blvd. It's gonna be expensive no matter what business it is. I paid $45 dollars for an inattentive, somewhat careless and rushed job that even resulted in bleeding. I went to my usual place for a cuticle treatment and they said they would've done it for $27 without making me bleed. I should've never came here. Cindy, I believe her name was, or Cynthia, was talking to 3 other workers who were just sitting around. This caused her to not pay attention to what she was doing to my hands. She made me bleed and didn't even trim the dry parts of my cuticles so idk what she was doing that made me bleed. At this point I almost walked out and was looking away bc I had no intention of seeing more blood anymore. But I stuck it through and I do give her props for the color but not the service or the price. For $45 I didn't expect to have to beg for lotion (which I had to do upon leaving , not even a paper to blot my bleeding) I may or may not come back. I will have to try another worker. If you're in Hollywood I'm pretty sure you could find a nicer nail salon for only $15 more. Conclusion: if you are in a hurry in Hollywood, be prepared to pay big bucks to bleed. read more

HORRIBLE!!! Out of mere convenience, I had been going to iNails' other Hollywood location on Hollywood blvd at Bronson. The last time there, the sick technician was coughing right at me incessantly the entire time with no attempt to wear a mask or even cover her mouth. It was quite unsettling and uncomfortable so we thought we'd try the other location. Upon walking in, I immediately noticed a dirty, trashy, cluttered environment. Exposed cleaning products lining the floor, packaging and boxes everywhere, trash on the floor, etc. It felt very crowded but took a seat in the pedicure chair. I noticed wires hanging down from the ceiling and along the walls, just an overall untidy environment. My male pedicure technician proceeded to cut BOTH my feet! The left big toe with the nail cutters and the right heel with the callus grater. I gasped both times and he not only didn't even apologize and ask if I was alright but didn't even acknowledge that it happed! He just calmly dabbed the blood with a towel, doused it with alcohol ( OUCH! ) And covered the big toe injury with clear nail polish. I was stunned and could not speak. The grater was covered in dead skin and he just shook it and cleaned in the tub of water that my feet were soaking in . So gross. He kept using the same cuticle covered clippers over and over without ever wiping them off in between uses. Upon leaving I was charged $40 was was more money than that last mani/pedi and seems to be a different total every time for the exact same service and polish job. NEVER AGAIN. This place should get a visit from the Health Dept. read more

This place fell off so bad, first I asked her to soak my gel off instead of use the file machine she still continued to use it which removes layers of your nail and my nails were already thin which is why I asked that, then she couldn't do a simple French tip and then got upset and told me to do regular color then, how are you gonna tell a paying customer so get something else when you originally said you could do what I asked. Then after I told her it's fine just take it off I'll do them plain she was so aggressive and they refused to change my nail techs. My friend and I came here for some relaxing girl time to get our toes pampered. The workers were friendly. The facility is fairly well maintained. I saw the workers cleaning the spa baths between pedicures with some cleaning solution. It's a little bit crowded but not too bad. The best part about Inails is the fact that my pedicure has stayed perfect for weeks! I mentioned this to my friend and she said her toes are still perfect, too! Not a chip in sight! Before I just did regular mani, pedi, and eyebrows. For eyebrows, Kathy is definitely the best, would never trade her for anyone else, for such low price, she does a great job. Regarding nails, i started doing gel Color, and it's a lottery, sometimes I got good masters, sometimes horrible, like so horrible it made me frustrated. I noticed the most wanted there was Vu, and tried to schedule an appointment to see him, and I am finally 100% satisfied with my nails. I don't know, I was already going to change the salon, but decided to give a last try today. To Vu personally I'd give 5 stars, and aside from good job he is also very quick, which is important for me, cause most took forever and still did a shitty job. So overall, my advise would be, it's a good place to do your nails because it is financially very convenient, and if you do fine one good master there, get their name and always stick to him or her. Otherwise, to try your luck, not a good idea. Pretty much, it's good if you know who to trust. But overall, even if they do fuck up your nails, which has happened to me twice, they'll fix it for you, or will give you a discount so no worries.... The nail tech tells me me the total is 27 dollars and the receptionist lady takes my card and comes back to the table. As she handed me the receipt it said 53 dollars. They apologized but it took a whole week for that money to go back onto my account. As I walked out the nail shop My hands were bleeding in my cuticles and he did a horrible paint job. I told myself if i am desperate to get my nails done i will get another artist and also will be paying cash instead of giving my card. I used to come here often but let me get this straight 90% of their customers don't come in with an appointment everyone mostly does walk in because if you call they're flexible to schedule u whatever time u need which means they're not busy so i never bothered making appointment for 2 years straight and today i came in with my sister in law and my niece they were doing pedicure and a full set for me so when i first walked in i told him 2 pedicures nd one full set and the guy told me 10-15 mins maximum and they did keep the time he initially said they took both of them in for their pedis and for me it's been 40 mins and I'm still waiting! When i asked wtf happened u said 15 mins maximum he said well we're busy and everyone else that came in after u has appointment so i told him WHY TELL ME 15 MINUTES WHEN YOU KNEW U HAD PEOPLE COMING IN WITH APPOINTMENTS I COULD HAVE WENT HOME INSTEAD OF SIT AND WAIT and all he said was sorry and i went and sat next to my niece and sister in law after that and the eyebrow lady walked up to me and is asking if i still wanna do it because one of the nail technicians is ABOUT TO FINISH!!!!! Workers are rude always speaking in their language it's annoying and it always feels like their talking about you! This is the biggest issue in this nail salon especially if u complAin about anything you didn't like it becomes an entire debate between the workers on the entire row. The place is dirty employees are rude and honestly their acrylics fall off too soon it's close to my house and with my schedule I don't have time to drive 20 mins away for nails put 40 mins on doing my nails and another 20 mins back! I never usually write reviews, but I had the most awful experience today at this place. Not only did the guy who was doing my nails do a terrible job, he also was rude! He asked me what color and I picked a gel color and then he said "no that color won't look good on you" I said well that's the color I want and he said no . He also kept insisting I try dip powder. I told him NO more than 4 times and then he finally got the picture that I only wanted gel. After hendidnt let me pick the color I wanted, he asked me if I wanted to cut my nails short... I told him no just file them evenly. Again he didn't listen and he said "no no listen to me it's better short, and chopped of my nails! To be honest I have had several bad experiences here but they are close to my house, so I have gone back after bad experiences, but this was the last straw! Don't go here !!!
