There's plenty of parking which you know is not easy in this city to find but they have a parking lot they share with other businesses but there's always parking. You can make appointments online on their website, on the phone, or just walk in. Since I've been going there my nails have looked beautiful. They have a large array of colors so you never have to worry about that and there's been times I've told her about a color that I like and it wasn't there and the next time I came in she had it. That is amazing Customer Service. Like all companies sometimes it's quiet and slow and sometimes it's really really busy but no matter what if you're just patient. You will have a good experience. The only way that you'll have a bad experience is if you walk out of there unhappy without saying anything because no excuses are ever made. The customer is always right there. They want you leaving feeling good. I highly recommend either Madison or Lohki. They are who i go to. However, the other staff is good and have a lot of their own repeat client's too. I personally have gel nails, but they have all kinds just look at their website. I was so tired of looking for nail salons and going places that did not care and were full of excuses. My nail tech Helen ended up mistreating me and making this the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. At first after picking my color she asked me what shape I wanted then immediately answered her own question saying "almond". I pointed to the sample nail color nails and asked what shape that this was just to get an idea. She just said okay and I tried to say oh no I don't want that I was just curious what shape that was. She dismissed me and never asked me again. She barely filed and shaped my nails after I said I'm here for a shaping since I've been growing my natural nails. She never filed a nail and confirmed this is the shape I wanted. She was grabbing and tossing my hands around as she was providing the service. As she was starting the cat eye polish my nails were not the shape I wanted and the cat eye looked uneven but I was trying to trust the process especially since I tried to say something earlier and was dismissed. Once we got to the chrome she tried one nail and realized that's not what I wanted and I voiced my concern that's not what I was looking for. She said it must be the wrong color, then called someone on how to do it. She then applied the chrome using her finger. She completed my right hand and I apprehensively expressed this is not what I was expecting and then showed photos of other colors of cat eye chrome. I tried to say maybe the chrome goes on first because I just didn't know and she was quickly told me "I did it right it's the right order cat eye first". When she started my left hand i started to really feel uncomfortable. She started digging her own nails into my finger pads as she applied the chrome powder. I thought it was just from the angle and pressure but after she did it to all my four fingers, there were visible indentations in my fingers of her nails. After my hand cured I looked at it and told her this isn't what I was looking for and she again repeatedly said no that's cat eye chrome that's cat eye chrome. At this point I still had the visible indentations in 4 of my fingers. I tried to take a photo but I was nervous because the whole session she repeatedly kept telling me "don't touch anything". I felt so uncomfortable and violated I wanted to leave in the middle of the service because I just wanted it to end. I withheld tears a few times and let her finish. In the end she lathered some lotion on my hands quickly and had another employee check me out. I left crying as I was excited to treat myself for my birthday only to be mistreated. I ended up going to another local salon to get my nails redone and the service was night and day comparison. Going somewhere else a few hours later validated me that this experience was not normal and completely unprofessional. I won't be going to this salon again.

Instead, I spent over three hours in the salon because my nail technician repeatedly got my pedicure color wrong. I specifically requested Funny Bunny and Bubble Bath and even showed multiple reference photos. Despite that, she applied a regular white polish instead of Funny Bunny, and I had to ask several times for corrections. Throughout the appointment, I expressed my concerns to Sharon, the owner. Rather than stepping in to resolve the situation or advocating for me as the paying customer, she repeatedly told me to ask the technician to redo it herself. After multiple failed attempts, the technician eventually refused to continue working on my nails. Instead of fixing the entire pedicure, only a few toes were redone then Sharon stepped in to redo them. After spending three hours there and paying close to $150, I left frustrated and exhausted. The biggest issue came afterward. Since I was going to the beach, Sharon recommended acrylic on my big toenails. I had never had acrylic on my toes before and trusted her professional recommendation. Within days, my big toenail painfully ripped off and bled, and several of the other acrylic toenails began lifting and falling off in less than a week. After researching acrylic toenails, I learned they can place significant stress on the natural nail and, in some cases, lead to injuries like the one I experienced. Had I known the potential risks, I never would have agreed to the service. When I reached out to Sharon to explain what happened and asked how to safely remove the remaining acrylic so I wouldn't risk losing another toenail, I was shocked by her response. Rather than showing concern for my injury or offering to correct the situation, she told me I would have to pay another $15 just to have the acrylic removed. That response told me everything I needed to know about how this business values its customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after a service that resulted in an injury. Between the three-hour appointment, repeated mistakes, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and being asked to pay even more after my toenail broke and bled, I cannot recommend Jade Nail Salon. I was a returning customer who gave this salon another chance, and unfortunately, it confirmed why I stopped coming in the first place. I hope the owner starts prioritizing customer care and accountability, because no client should leave a salon injured and then be asked to pay even more to fix the salon's mistake. If there was a misunderstanding, the professional thing would have been to simply acknowledge that neither of us clarified and apologize for the miscommunication. The man doing my nails got product all over my hands to the point where I couldn't even touch my phone without getting product all over it. THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME in all the many times I've gotten my nails done. The whole service was rushed and sloppy. Oh, and apparently when you Venmo him for your nails, you're supposed to put a food emoji in the payment description, which is shady in itself. I also mentioned that it was my birthday, and while I certainly don't expect anything for free, it would have been nice to receive even a little bit of customer appreciation -- especially considering how unpleasant the entire experience was. Instead, I left with a sloppy set of nails, an argument over the price, and someone basically laughing in my face while I was trying to civilly and respectfully explain why I was unhappy. I stopped getting my nails done for this exact reason, and this experience was a great reminder of why. I should have just gone to the salon I used to go to, where they actually provide good customer service and even offer customers 10% off for their birthdays. The salon is beautiful, clean, and has such a relaxing atmosphere, but what truly sets this place apart is the level of service and attention to detail. Love coming to Nailington!! I was finding the drive to my old nail place a bit too difficult. My other nail tech was amazing and after visiting a few more local shops they were all coming up a bit short until I found Daisy at Nailington. I love the style of her little shop, she's so sweet, she does amazing work, and Shak is great at little intricate nail art. I only wish her sweet little shop dog Bumblebee would be returned home that was stolen from them. He was the perfect addition to the family and such a warm bonus. Honestly I've never been to this nail salon, but I pass by it on the way home from work every day & it always makes my day when I see this golden retriever greeting people outside of the salon. I've been coming to this salon over few months now and every time when I get my nails done it lasts more than 4 weeks without any problems. I get hard gel/ builder gel overlay and my nails never been naturally this long before. They don't overbook themselves or try to get every walk ins. I highly recommend to book an appointment in advance. You won't spend your half day at nail salon anymore. They take you by appointment on time and finish your service about over an hour. read more

Im always iffy about trying a new nail shop, but I gave this one a shot since it was conveniently located for me. They were amazing. They were able to see me as a walk-in and did a great job on my regular pedicure and gel manicure. Sadly, today's visit was probably the most disappointing experience I've had here, which is…read moreespecially frustrating because I've been a very loyal customer and have continued coming back specifically because I've always liked this location and the people here. I'll start by acknowledging that I mistakenly booked only a manicure when I intended to book a mani-pedi. That was completely my mistake. When I asked if a pedicure could be added, I would have completely understood being told no due to timing, especially with the new store opening later today. Instead, the woman who appeared to be an operations manager or shift leader (wearing the floral dress with the open back) seemed visibly annoyed by my request but proceeded with it anyway. The interaction immediately felt unfriendly and uncomfortable. What concerned me much more, however, was the pedicure itself. The young man performing my service appeared to be very new and extremely nervous. He was visibly shaking while cutting and cleaning around my cuticles, enough that I was genuinely nervous that I was going to be cut. Multiple normal steps of my pedicure were also missed, including scrubbing/exfoliating my feet. Most concerning of all, I was burned on BOTH sides of my left leg by two hot stones. After this happened, he began asking others for help on how to properly perform the hot-stone massage. I want to be very clear that I do NOT blame a new hire for being new. Everyone deserves an opportunity to learn, make mistakes, and become confident in their position. My issue is with leadership putting a new employee in a position to perform parts of a service that he clearly did not yet feel comfortable or adequately trained to perform--especially when improper execution can physically hurt a customer. He honestly seemed like someone who was nervous and trying his best but had not been properly set up for success. That isn't fair to him either. The entire atmosphere today felt rushed, as though everyone's attention was on getting to the new location opening. If that was the case, I understand that opening a new store is exciting and demanding, but it should never come at the expense of the customers and employees at the original location. Your existing customers are part of what helped make the growth of the business and additional locations possible in the first place. I also want to specifically recognize Abby and Michelle because their kindness and hospitality consistently stand out. Abby in particular is one of the reasons I was second-guessing whether I even wanted to write this review or stop coming altogether. I am normally a very generous tipper, try to be kind and respectful to everyone working here, and have genuinely enjoyed supporting this business, which is why today's experience and the noticeable shift in atmosphere recently have been so disappointing. Abby and Michelle are absolutely assets to Bicolor and deserve that recognition. My biggest feedback is for leadership: growth is great, but you have to maintain a pulse on ALL of your locations, not just the newest one. When leadership's attention shifts elsewhere and training, hospitality, safety, and execution start slipping through the cracks at the original location, loyal customers notice. Eventually, those customers stop coming. I genuinely hope today's experience was an exception, because I've supported this location for a reason. But being burned during a service, watching a visibly nervous new employee struggle without adequate support, having multiple steps of the service skipped, and feeling like an inconvenience for simply asking whether an additional service was possible made today's visit extremely disappointing.

From the moment I walked in, Ivy greeted me warmly and helped me pick the perfect Dazzle Dry polish--it kinda lasts like gel but removes easily without soaking in acetone. score!! I added the callus treatment (I'm a yogi with dry feet), and even my boyfriend noticed how smooth they looked. The whole vibe was calm and relaxing--I actually fell asleep--and the cute dogs walking by outside just added to the charm. If you're into Lassens or the farmers market, you'll feel right at home here. My hands and feet look younger than I could have ever managed on my own--thank you, Haven!

I left the salon with fat messy nails that looked nothing like the picture I had requested. It was also a bit frustrating because I felt like I was rushed out so they can fit in whatever last minute appointments and left me with a bad experience.
